Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile: Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile work of any thickness in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including, stacking material to the appropriate disposal of the debris with all lead (within the campus as directed) and lift etc., complete– in all the floor levels.

Dismantling RCC work: Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Anodized Aluminium Partitions: Providing and fixing aluminium work for partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately): For Fixed Portion: Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.-6th floor

5mm thick glass for Aluminium windows and Aluminium doors: Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Prelaminated particle board: Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in- charge: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Aluminium handle: Providing and fixing aluminium tubular handle bar of size 150 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.: Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium handle bar including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer in-Charge.-

100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers: Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Hydraulic door closer: Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete

Polished Granite stone slab for shelves: Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cherry Red, Brown, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.- in all the floor levels

Nosing for Granite slab: Providing half nosing for 18mm thick granite slab using required machinery including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment, necessary scaffolding etc., complete as per specification.

PVC door frame: Providing & fixing factory made PVC Door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet metered cut at corners & jointed 2 No.s of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S Square tube, the entire door frame to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. Screws of 65/80mm size complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Factory made Rigid foam both side prelam panelled door shutter: Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made rigid foam Prelam Panelled Door Shutters made from M.S. tube of 19x19mm, 19 gauge for stiles and 15x15mm for top & bottom rails, covered with heat moulded Prelaminated PVC C Channel of 5mm thick sheet & 30x50mm wide to form stiles & 5mm thick & 75mm wide Prelaminated PVC Sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & 5mm thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet Prelaminated on either side fitted in the M.S. frame, Sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC Designer beading on either side & joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., Complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer- in-charge fixed to frames with 3 nos of 75mm Stainless steel hinges.- with both side prelam shutters – in all the floor levels.

This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete. synthetic enamel paint -one coat on previously painted surface: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting ready mix paint including cost of material and labour :One coat on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. Asian/Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent Make – in all the floor levels
