Location Med Division(G+1) Note: item No 1 to 35 - (1) The rate quoted shall inclusive Carrying out inspection of Lifts by Govt Lift Inspector including load testing as per Lift Act for worthness certificate during the currency of contract agreement within first 5 months or within One year from the last inspection. (2) A record of repairs carried out in each visit of each lift installation's to be maintained separately duly signed by Contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge. The maintenance certificate to be duly signed by contractor and concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge seperately for each lift every month (3) The lift mechanic to collect the complaint register daily and on completion/rectification of complaint the register will be updated and signed, The firm should provide suitable competent number of Skilled Lift mechanic for 24 Hrs in cycle and If any lift gets stuck/blocked/ unserviceable at site, within 30 minutes, the lift mechanic should attend the complaint and the complaint to be resolved without any further delay. In case the problem could not be solved due to want of spares etc the matter is to be informed to the contractor as well as to the concerned JE / AGE E&M. (4) If the firm failed to provide Skilled Lift Mechanic and helper at the time of any Lift Complaint a recovery @ of Rs.300/- per hour will be recovered from the Contractors dues wef the time of lodging of the complaint to till next/ completion of 24 hrs. Also in case any Lift gets repaires for want of Spares the Contractor should provide the spare parts in time or with in 24 hours the Lift should be made serviceable failing which a sum @ of Rs.500/- per hour wef the time after 24 hours shall be recovered from the Contractors dues being hospital priority. (5) The Contractor should keep all the spare parts intact for the above mentioned Lifts in the Lift Rooms. (6) The firm is responsible to purchace spare parts as required for day to day comprehensive maintenance shall be procured from Lift original manufacturers/authrised distributor/dealer only and the GST vouchers to be submitted to Deptt while claiming payments.

Material and labour for Spray painting the lift complete with colour coding of any capacity as per ground requirements upto G+6 floor ranging after preparation of rough unequal surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel best quality paint over a coat of primer on old steel surafces and lettering and marking floor wise number in front of lift in each floor all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable hoisting motor of 10 HP capacity 3 phase, 440 volts from site and carrying out rewinding complete with suitable rating best quality copper wire, changing bearings and all connected parts etc including transporting the motor to the workshop and back and fixing to its original position as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement ARD system complete including 12 volts maintenance free sealed battery, battery charger and connected panel & accessories complete in all resp[ects all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - The ARD make shall be provided as per lift manufacturers/OEM recommendations for which necessary approval from Garrison Engineer to be obtained before purchasing.
