Earth work excavation in all soils and subsoils, hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders with lead of 10m to 100m and initial lift of 3m including cost of all materials, labour, T&Ps, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted complete, as per standard specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Applying antitermite treatment to the foundation and basement of the building as per standard specification at different stages including cost of chemicals, lead, lift and labour etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Refilling with excavated earth wherever required including labour for filling, watering and consolidating with all lead, lift, labour, T&P etc, as per standard specification and as directed.

Transporting the excavated surplus earth and debris away from site including cost of conveyance, loading and unloading etc., complete, as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG (machine broken) for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, centering, shuttering, lead, lift and labour, curing etc., complete as per std.specification.

Laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG (machine broken) for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, centering, shuttering, lead, lift and labour, curing etc., complete as per std.specification.

Laying RCC in M25 design mix using 12mm to 20mm down graded metal and 360Kg/m3 minimum cement content for various types of work at all levels including cost of all materials, centering, shuttering, lead, lift, labour, curing etc.,complete. (excluding cost of reinforcement)
