After placing the additional renforcement, all concrete surfaces shall be throughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry. To this surface, apply chemical policrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 50mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 partof ordinary Portland Cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive /admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2.2 to 2.5 Kg per Sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering /formwork etc and finally applying 5 mm cement thick plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wherever steel reinforcement required, the same will be measured and paid saperately.

Material & Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping etc and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clip to the foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding over roof slabs with and including WPC as per manufacturer instruction for providing proper slope including finishing surface by using extra cement even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for five layer prefabricated atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified 3 mm thick membrane (weight not less 3 kg/sqm) reinforced with 160 gms polyster non-woven fabric with scratched tool and will be fixed on 15 mm thick cement plaster (CM 1:4) with WPC as per manufacturer instruciton on PCC surface. When the concrete surface is still green, the roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust prior to the application of primer on the dried surface one coat of approved bituminous primer, having density in the range of 0.87 to 0.89 / kg at 25 dgree and viscositing of 70 to 160 CPS manufactured by the same manufacturer @ 0.40 litres/sqm shall be applied. APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface torch application method after allowing 24 hours of primer to dry. Laying of APP membrane shall be commenced at the lowest level and worked upto the crest. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlaps shall be of minimum 100 mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction. All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by the heating the overlaps with butane torch. Thereafter APP membrane shall be painting with two coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish. Note: This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicator only. (ii) Guarantee of treatment shall be for 10 years. (iii) Independent testing of membrane for the approval of technical parameters specified shall be carried out from the approved laboratories like National test house any other Govt approved laboratory having facilities for the testing of membrane.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring of any size cable including batten/conduit complete etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for submain wiring with two run of 6.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked and one run of 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable for earth continuty conductordrawn through and under suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked ( not less than 20 mm dia) complete with all acessories and fittings all laid/fixed concealed in wall and surface conduit on ceiling portion only complete all as specified and directed.
