EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS
Supply, Installation, Connecting, Testing and Commissioning of outdoor type extensible 11 KV, 630 Amp (IP54, (RMU (Ring man unit) 3 way comprising of 2 Nos 630 Amps, Load Break Switch (Comprising Two Nos. Incomers) & 1 Nos 630 Amps capacity SF-6 insulated Circuit Breaker as Outgoing. Inside robotically/manually/TIG welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferric Non Magnetic Grade) filled with SF6 gas at suitable pressure in accordance with the IEC 60299 Tank having min thickness 2.5+0.5 mm having IP 67 Degree of Protection, RMU should be provided with internal bus bars, as well as earthing bus bars should be of copper, padlock provisions, & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of not less than 21 KV/1 sec as per IEC 62271-200 RMU shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing. The earthing bus bar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of Cable shields. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 protection including raised foundation of suitable size, minimum 50cm above and 01 meter below the natural ground levels all as per manufacturer’s drawing. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standards fitting as required at site. (a) 2 Nos incoming Load Break Switch module should consist of following:- 630A Load break Switch module for making and breaking of fault current along with, Earth Switch of full making capacity, Short time current –not less than not less than 21KV/1 Sec, Making Capacity-50KVA, Auxiliary contracts -1NO +1NC. Power Frequency withstand voltage -28KV. Impulse withstand voltage -75KV, Nominal operating gas pressure 1.3 (minimum) Bar abs, Front cover mechanism –IP2X, Cable covers-3X, Snap action mechanism for manual operation. Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable up to 3 core 400 SQmm, 11 KV XLPE cable. Right angle boots (push on type), Suitable site replaceable Cable bushings, Arc proof cable covers with self-interlocking mechanism with earth switch. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IE61243.
(ii) Impulse withstand voltage 75KVP (an altitude <1000 m above msl) (iii) SF6 Gas pressure indicator. (iv) 230V AC shunt Trip coil for external trip signal. (v) Live cable indicating LEDs energized through capacitive voltage dividers. (vi) All feeders of RMU shall be provided with multifunction meters having complete range of measurement including maximum demand and shall have serial port for communication. (vii) Metering compartment of RMU shall be provided with auxiliary transformer of suitable capacity to supply power to battery charger. (viii) Integral earthing switch with making switch. (ix) Emergency Trip Push Button (x) Transformer card for auxiliary protection (xi) RMU shall be provided with 3 core metering and protection CTs minimum ratio for protection CTs shall be 400-200-100/5/1, 5P10,2.5VA and for metering CT shall be 20/5/1A Class 1,2.5 VA. (b) 01 Nos Outgoing SF6 Vaccume Circuit Breaker should consist of the following:- (i) 630A SF6 module for making and breaking of Fault current along with earth Switch of full making capacity. It should be capable to bear 40 dead short circuit operations. (ii) Short time current – not less than 21 KA/ 1 Sec (iii) Making Capacity – 50 KA (iv) Auxiliary contracts – 1 NO + 1 NC (v) Power frequency withstand voltage – 28KV (vi) Impulse withstand voltage – 75KV (viii) Nominal operating gas pressure -1.3 (minimum) bar abs. (ix) Cable covers -3X (x) Stored energy mechanism for Motor operation -24 Volt DC (xi) Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 400Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable.
(xii) Right Angle Boots (Push on type) (xiii) Self Powered Microprocessor based Relay (3 O/C & E/F) with Standard settings. (xiv) Digital Multifunction Meter (A, V, KW, KVA, F, PF) with RS 485 port Type. (xv) Suitable site replaceable Cable bushings. (xvi) Arc Proof cable covers with self-interlocking mechanism between Doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB (xvii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system. (xviii) Mechanical Indications for breaker ON, OFF, EARTH, TRIP, spring Charged-Discharged. (c) Bus Connected PT unit-1 Nos, for metering consisting of following:- (i) type M:Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 630A, not less than 21KA for 1 Sec-3 Voltage Transformers of the ratio 11K√3/110V/√3, 50VA Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (ii) Microprocessor based IDMT (50, 50N, 51, 51N) relay for over current short circuit and earth fault protection. (iii) CFL Illumination -01 No. (iv) Space Heater with thermostat – 01 No. (v) Earth RYB phase indications for 2 incoming and 1 outgoing. (vi) Cable support bus bars, standard for 3 way unit. (vii) Bushings for external bus bar connection along with Bus bar cover & Sleeved bus bars for coupling – 01 Set (vii) 2x12V Battery with battery charger with suitable burden for motor operation input 230V AC & Output 24 DC (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15KV (e) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations. (f) Operating Handle for Manual Operation – 01 Nos (g) Manometer-01 No.
(h) Safety Interlocks shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS standards and Manufacturer’s directions. (j) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (k) Manual operation of SF6 Circuit Breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitting in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU. (m) Coupling of RMU and metering module should be with the help of Botled type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in-type bushing shall not be acceptable. (n) All cable bushing should be replaceable type. (o) Module should be accommodated as per manufacturer’s design. (p) RMU cable box shall be front accessible type to have easy access to protection and metering CTs. Interrupter should be of same make. Cable box should be arc proof with bolted door and interlocked with respective earthing switches. Doors should be removable for the ease access to terminate cables. Note:- Panel, Breaker, Relay and Interrupter should be of same make. The Contractor will submit NABL accredited lab test reports of the RMU’s in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment of the RMU. Note: - (i) Contractor will provide all type of testing certificate pertaining to RMU, including under warranty certificate. (ii) All type of routine type test or special test will be arranged/got carried out by contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) PCC work for the foundation of RMU will be built by contractor and size and location of said foundation will be specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge, costs of foundation and Transportation of RMU shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) All type of loading/unloading/packing charges/Freight charges/toll/octroi/custom clearance or any other tax/levies etc will be arranged by contractor himself and shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.
Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of step down, outdoor type distribution transformer, 11/0.433 KV, (400 KVA), Level-2, as per IS 1180 ONAN/ONAF, 3 phase, 50HZ copper wound, two winding, core type transformer as per IS-1180-2014 (Ref to amendment No 4 dated March 2021 to IS : 1180-2014) star vector group & IEC : 76 YNynO, OFF load Tap changer on HV side (+) 5% to (-) 15% in step of 1.25%, outdoor type, HV/LV brass bare bushing condenser type terminations with fitting and accessories as under including first fill of transformer oil all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Main features of transformer are as follows :- (a) The core shall be of high grade cold rolled grain oriented (C.R.G.O) annealed silicon steel lamination confirming IS 1271 / 1958 secured properly using frames, clamps and bolts, confirming IS 1271 / 1958 secure properly using frames, clamps and bolts. (b) Winding HV & LV winding shall be done using High conductivity Electrolytic copper with insulation F-class grade. (c) Enclosure : Enclosure shall be rectangular and shall be built of electrically welded MS sheet wire mesh or perforated sheet for ventilation and comply with IP 43 protection as per IS: 2147 / IEC 529. (d) Bidirectional mild steel rollers 150 mm diameters and 75mm width- 04 Nos. (e) HV & LV Bushing : Porcelain / Epoxy HV and LV Bushings of appropriate voltage and current rating shall be mounted in HV and LV cable box. The high voltage bushings (3 Nos) shall be provided with R-Y-B colour coding marking & shall confirm to IS 3347. Brass rods 12 mm -03 Nos for HV bushing terminal and tinned copper rods 20 mm -04 Nos for LV Bushing terminals / extension for cable lug connections with necessary nuts, check nuts and plain thick tinned washers.
(f) The windings of the transformers shall be connected to delta on primary side and star (Y) on secondary side. The neutral of the LT winding shall be brought out to a separate terminal. The vector group shall be Dyn-11. The transformer should be provided with winding tapped on HV side with number of tapped positions. 7Nos and Voltage variations (+) 5% to (-) 10 % in steps of 2.5% for variation on HV voltage to be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changing gear switch externally operated with mechanical locking and a position indicator, the winding temperature rise over an ambient temperature of 50 degree Celsius shall not exceed 90 degree Celsius when measured by resistance method i.e. Max temperature of the winding shall not exceeds 140 degree Celsius and losses of transformer as per BCBC norms with Arcing horns for HT Bushings for outdoor type T /F. Note :- Maximum total loss of 400 KVA transformer (Energy Efficiency Level-2) at 50 % load is 1150 watt and 100 % load is 3300 watts. Accessories :- (i) 7 position OFF circuit Tap changing switch. (ii) Removable inspection opening on top cover (iii) Buchholz Relay double float type with having contacts for alarm & trip and shut off valve. (iv) Oil temperature indicator 150 mm dia with alarm and trip contacts. (v) Winding Temperature indicator with alarm and trip contacts Double Needle Type. (vi) Marshalling box 200 TTB (MK). (vii) Magnetic Oil level Gauge having contacts for alarm and trip. (viii) Pressure release valve (PRV) having contacts for alarm and trip. (ix) Conservator with oil filling hole with cap and drain plug and with built in diaphragm to avoid direct air contact with (x) Oil level indicator with minimum level marking. (xi) Thermometer pockets with thermometer. (xii) 4" Dial type thermometer stem type. (xiii) Silica gel breather. (Xiv) Air release plug.
(xv) Lifting lugs 04 Nos for vertical lifting and pulling lugs -04 Nos for horizontal pulling (xvi) Earthing terminals. (xvii) Bi-directional C.I Rollers-04 Nos. (xviii) Name, Rating and diagram plate. (xix) Top filter valve. (xx) Oil drain cum filter valve with plug. (xxi) Jacking lugs. (xxii) Panel (Control/Electrical). (xxiii) Neutral CTs. (xxiv) HV / LV Cable End Box (xxv) Terminal marking plates and rating plates, terminals shall be provided with terminal marking plates. (xxvi) Painting :- The surface of the enclosures shall be properly pre-treated / phosphated in a seven enclosure process and shall end joint for connecting of cable with panel -02 Sets Note :- (i) The commissioning of transformer shall be done under the supervision of manufacturer's auth rep & certificate in this regard shall be submitted by contractor duly signed by auth rep of manufacturer and contractor. (ii) Contractor will provided all type of testing certificate pertains to transformer including under warranty certificate. All type of routine type test or special test will be done bt contractor including in quoated rate. (iii) PCC work for the foundation of transformer will be built by contractor and size and loction of said foundation will be specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cost for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 foundation, vehicles and T&P required for transportation and installation of transformer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) All type of loading / unloading / packing charges / freight charges/ toll / octroi / custom clearance or any other tax, levies etc shall be arranged by contractor himself and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made double door outdoor type and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars of 1000 Amps rating (size 60mm X 10mm each) installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on all surfaces, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size incl the provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items. The scope of work includes the following:- (a) Incoming (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 630 Amps rating and 50 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 01 No. (ii) Multi Function meter - 01 No (iii) LED Indicating lamps : 01 set of three (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 400 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 01 No (ii) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 200 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 02 Nos (iii) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 160 Amps rating and 25 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL, protection - 01 Nos (c) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone , 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45cm above the nearest road level.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 × 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.65 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
Material and labour for disconnecting serviceable transformer, any capacity or type, securing cable ends and shifting the transformer to anywhere within Air Force Station premises and installation & connection at the new location complete incl testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Necessary vehicle, T&P and labour required for disconnecting, shifting and re-installation of the transformer shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. The contractor shall ensure that the transformer is shifted properly without any damage to the transformer and any damage/deterioration to the serviceability of DG Set shall be made good by the contractor under his own arrangement.
Disconnecting & taking down/ out unservicable or servicable LT/HT cable of any size and description from trenches, floors, walls, GI pipes etc including serviceable pipes, bricks etc including all earth work like excavation, returning filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Laying only XLPE under ground cable of any description (serviceable portion of old cable obtained from above item No 13 here-in-before 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 400 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm 3.5 core after fault rectification including necessary aluminium thimble jointing and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cable as in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for sand (dry river sand) cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified. Material and labour cable route indicator showing MES UG HT cable/HT cable and arrow of cable with arm made up of CI with suitable circular shape and fixed with MS rod 12mm dia 120 mm long and embedded in and including PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm grade stone using C2 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 30x30x30mm in ground to be embedded not less than 60 cm depth, complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix in replacement of Danger Notice board of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of size 20 cm x 15 cm for LT poles complete all as specified
INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS
Material and labour for Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade insulated 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded insulated copper conductor single core FRLS PVC insulated cable 1100 volt including rigid non metallic PVC conduit wiring not less than 20 mm dia (Medium grade) ISI marked with conduit wiring (Modular type) all accessories concealed in wall, ceiling floor or as per site requirement including white cover front plate with frame as per required modules on site and pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size with 2 mm thick for mounting switch sockets and regulator and drawing continous earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm (Green insulation) copper conductor as and connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- (1) On completion of the wiring work, the contractor shall fill and finish the chases with cement mortar 1:6, apply 2 mm thick wall putty for smooth finish and finish with two coats of acrylic distemper as per existing shade over the conduit layout. Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for the above aspect and no claim shall be entertained at a later stage. (2) Modular cover plate with frame shall be provided along with point wiring as per required size. Supply and fix modular AC power unit with 01 No 20 Amps SP MCB and plug, 3 modules along with GI metallic flush box complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to included for the cost of MCB, plug top and GI flush box. .
Supply and fix 25 Amps modular motor starter with cover plate & frame, 2 modules along with GI metallic flush box complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the cost of cover plate & frame and GI flush box.
Supply and fix 240V, 10 KA C Curve MCB of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 Amp, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core of 6 mm and one single core of 6 Sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed cable (1100 Volts) grade drawn through in non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit concealed in wall of suitable size and the conduit accessories, complete including making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Three runs of single core 6.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. Cost of cutting chases and making good surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Supply and fix MCB DB double door SPN 8 Way with 200 Amps rated bus bar including taking out old unserviceable DB and making good the disturbed surface match with existing, complete with all accessories as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply and fix MCCB 3 Pole 415 V fixed type 25 to 100 Amps as per site requirement with breaking capacity 16 KA including taking out old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
Supply and fix DB, VTPN, 4 way, vertical type, IP 43 protection, double door, 415 volts with provision for MCCB as incomer and MCB as outgoing and electrically connecting up incl taking out old unserviceable DB complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Incomer MCCB and outgoing MCB shall be measured separately.
S&F MCB, 'C' series, SPN, 40 Amps, breaking capacity 10KA incl taking out old MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Cost of cutting chases and making good surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate
Material and labour for preparation of plastered surfaces, applying 2 mm thick putty for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of acrylic distemper (of Approved tint), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS
Supply and fixing pipe galvanized Medium class including fittings 15 mm (1/2") dia with all fittings including clamps where required for supporting of pipe line including excavation for covering of pipe and returning and filling where required, complete with all necessary fittings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Chromium plated brass Bib cock with wall flange, fancy type, threaded type suitable for washing machine inlet, short body, fixed to 15 mm bore of Iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for cutting of existing GI/PVC/ pipe of Size 15/20/25/40 mm dia is position and insertion of new tees , branches etc including, excavation, returning filling and Tee as per site requirement for GI pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
