Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside of MD land as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth, cement concrete tiles, interocking paver block including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block having glossy finish shape and size as approved by GE confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade of with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 40 mm thick dry sand cushioning and voids filled with dry and surface compact, including compaction by means of surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and Depth N exc 50mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for premix bituminous macadam, 75mm or less consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with binder content @ 6% by weight of total mix, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹65 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

M&L for laying bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade, laying with mechanical paver & rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.
