Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of rubbish outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Stone walling of random rubble, brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar (1:6), including finishing joints flush in same mortar as the work proceeds, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of item No 1.03 here-in-before but using old stones/ boulders retrieved from demolition.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones (Granite or Trap stone) with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bonders for stone walling (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth/ string/ lacing courses, copings, bed plates, etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Hand packing broken stone/ boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old stones/ boulders retrieved from demolition shall be used under this item.

Material and labour for 100mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide for foundations etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil / excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brickwork with using subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work in cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss, railing, columns, pillars, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of item No 1.15 here-in-before but using old dismantled steel retrieved from dismantling.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 11 to 15 mm dia neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, ayn size and length as per site requirement, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour complete for Painting new/ old steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, including preparation of steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 61050.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
