Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.500 mm..

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)b) With earth obtained by fresh excavation (including cost of excavation upto 1,800 mm. depth) from land arranged by the Deptt. within a lead of 100 m.

(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size) excluding shuttering.In ground floor.(B) With N.B variety stone metal.(a) 1:3:6 proportion.

Plum concrete work with 40 % cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60 % stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and inforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant codes.(ii) River bazree.

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging up to 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thick ness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (up to roof of ground floor).(a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in-charge
