M & L for cleaning and sterilization of inside Underground reservoir capacity upto 25000 gallons. Dewatering of UG tank using DG set. Sludge removal by using buckets from inside of tanks. Scrubbing the inner surface and floor of tank. Flushing with chlorine and lime. second time flushing with clean water cleaning of undergrowth in and around tank complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out complete submersible pump set upto 12.5 HP alongwith the pipes 25 to 40 mm dia with the help of chain pulley block from bore well well after disconnecting electrical connections from panel, disconnecting from suction and delivery pipe lines, disconnecting column pipes, reassembling and lowering pump & motor into bore well complete, connecting, testing and commissioning alongwith connected items .cable re-fixing after receiving repaired and tested submersible pump ,rubber packing with proper alignment and making electrical connection complete including testing all as specified.

Transportation of submersible pump sets 3 phase any make and capacity 5 to 15 HP from pump house to contractor work shop for carry out necessary repair work to pump set submersible and transporting it back to site of water supply installation of AF Stn area. complete all as specified and directed.

Testing electric motor to ensure its actual condition, separating pump & motor from coupling. Rewinding of submersible motor, repairing the worn out parts to make fully serviceable capacity upto 5HP.Testing after repairs for desired output complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and refixing of submersible motor any make and any capacity 12.5 HP and reassembling complete after carry out necessary repair work & testing complete for smooth working to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :New parts/components to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor of Capacity 12.5 HP 3 phase 400/415 Volts any make and capacity as mentioned below existing size and gauge of PVC insulated single core copper winding wire submersible including all insulating material of make a approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement upper and lower housing bushes of any material complete suitable for 12.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement Impeller suitable for 12.5HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement stainless steel bushes each set suitable for 12.5 HP submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.
