M&L for servicing of GOD assembly of capacity 33 KV by cleaning the rusted surfaces of fixed and moving contacts, replacing unserviceable parts (where required & directed) such as female contact, moving male contact of pipe type, connectors / PG Clamps to hold / grip the conductor and applying grease, replacing the worn out jumper clamps / jumpers, nut / bolts etc, checking for proper alignment and smooth working of GOD complete all as directed. Note :- Female contact, moving male contact of pipe type and connectors / PG Clamps to hold / grip the conductor shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items as “Supply only” and labour component shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item.

S&F Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier, triple pole, HT 11000 Volts, 200 Amps, outdoor type (having two Nos post insulator mounted on MS channel for each pole) and jumpers with conductors line taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fitting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ascertaining / pin pointing the fault in faulty 11 KV HT cables by using HT cable fault locator machine, removing the fault and testing HT cable at 22 KV complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work and cable jointing kit shall be measured & paid for separately.

Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits, cable route indicator and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil through stream line oil filtration plant, extracting the moisture contents and carbon deposits from oil and bringing it to 60 KV dielectric strength including carrying out acidity test /dielectric test before and after filtration at site of any installation in Cantt area of any capacity/make of transformer installed on pole mounted, indoor/outdoor type plinth mounted complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) Contractor shall ensure that there shall be no wastage of transformer oil. (iii) Contractor shall ensure that conservator tank is full to its level before starting the dehydration. (iv) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule. (v) Testing of dielectric strength of dehydrated transformer oil of each transformer shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply and filling new mineral grade transformer oil (ISI marked) EHV type conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling and for topping up in transformer duly filtered with filtration plant to obtain high dielectric strength 60 KV (minimum) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L to drain the oil from transformer complete detanking core, coil assembly opening the top cover, replacing the gasket, washers of any type and size made from cork / rubberised material, welding as necessary to arrest oil leakage, reassembling all parts, refilling filtered oil and testing complete for transformer of capacity upto 5 MVA, 33KV / 11 KV capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Any other item(s) required to repair the transformer shall be paid separately under respective items as “Supply only”. Unit rate quoted against this item include the labour component required for replacement of unserviceable spare parts.

Supply only 33 KV capacity brass bushing for transformer upto 5 MVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 11 KV capacity brass bushing for transformer upto 5 MVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only breather assembly with silica gel for transformer of capacity upto 5 MVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement DC power pack complete with 7AH DC battery, transformer, 230 ± 10% input and 24/36 V / 110 V DC output (as per site) including indicator for AC / DC, charging on, battery low complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed, stringing for overhead line on HT/LT poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly, stretching properly and connecting with suitable PG clamps, etc including dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type/capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes, etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

M&L for collecting sample of transformer oil from 3.15/5 MVA transformer and testing of Di-electric strength of oil from government approved lab and submitting the test report to department all as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size, 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour for HT 11000 / 33000 Volts and fixed with suitable MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm, bolts and nuts of approved size, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed.
