M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick Work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick (10+5) in two layers of Polymer modified ready mixedcement based plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even & smooth including Make Easy plast from wall plast chemplast, Ready Plast from ultra tech complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed rectfied jointless coloured group ceramic tiles, of size 300x450x7mm/300/600/7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dark shade/double charged/ultracharged Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ ectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n.exc 1.0 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc including taking down to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sq cm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (d) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescibed by manufacturer.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new/old surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffit of beams, columns etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. (ii) Painting shall be carried out in camouflage pattern as aprroved by the GE.

M & L for submain wiring using ISI marked 1.1 kV grade single core HR- FR flexible cable, conforming to IS: 694- 1990, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors and insulation conforming to IS: 5831- 1984, type C, HR 85* C + FR for phase, neutral and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, drawn in not less than 25 mm NB UPVC medium grade surface/recessed conduits, conforming to IS: 9537 Part- 3, colour-coded as specified in IS:732- 1989, including making good of disturbed surfaces of wall/celling/floor, all complete as specified and directed. NOTE: One run of phase conductor, One run of neutral conductor, One run of earth continuity conductor and 01 run of concealed conduit shall be measured as one length

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of 600mm x 600mm x 6mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI wire of size 4 mm diameter as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep, with a 10 mm thick CI cover, hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. complete as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. Notes: (i) The cost of GI earth continuity conductor with GI pipe 40mm medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included in r/o above item (ii) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in above item

S&F in repairs GI wire size 4mm all as directed including welding brazing and taking down of old strips as required at site

Note : A SUM OF RS 11971.00 TOWARDS SCHEDULE OF CREDIT SHALL BE DEDUCTED TO ARRIVE THE CONTRACT SUM
