Dismantling old damaged cement concrete flooring / cement mortar upto depth of 100mm incld stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material as per the directions of Engineer Incharge at site.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete. 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing 50mm dia stainless steel railing of (Grade 304) of Hollow tubes 1.6mm thick of Jindal/ salem make or equivalent including weilding and fixing with stainless steel Baluster upto 750mm height and SS tubes ,three in one installed horizontally including cutting , weilding , grinding to require shape and size by required steel dash fasterns, nuts, bolts screws etc in floors and treads includung providing SS shoe at each Baluster complete as per Archietectual drawings and as per the directions of EIC including cutting of granite Marble floor and fastening with lead grouting if required complete in all respects all inclusive including main Baluster posts.(with 8 mm Glass )

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Light shade using white cement.

Engagement of black smith along with equipment's for doing necessary work using welding machine and generator and like all complete as per the directions Engineer In charge at site all complete. (to be paid as per progress subject to the maximum of 6 No's)
