Removing existing u/s nylon buffer from back side of table and S&F new nylon buffer of size 40mm heavy duty as per sample approved with suitable steel screws and as directed.

Chair CB Spl With Hand Rest FD-120(M) R

Removing the seat, back and hand rest of Chair CB Spl and welding the steel frame joints if required and cleaning the painted surface as directed and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint of reqd shade and colour, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the u/s hand writing board from the chair and supply and fix new hand writing board made of Pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick exterior grade duly PVC edging alround as per existing size and shape to be fixed with stainless steel screws and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the old seat frame and Supply and fix new seat frame made of 2nd class HW all as shown in drawing , the frame shall be french polished and duly caned with superior quality Plastic cane as specified in drawing and fixed with suitable screws, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable side portion of Table Bed side MAP and supply and fixing of new side of made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with 4mm thick teakwood beading as per existing shape and size and colour, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable small drawers of Table bed side MAP and supply and fixing of new drawers as per existing shape and size. Front portion of drawer shall be provided 18mm thick prelaminated particle board as per existing shade. Removing the existing unserviceable large drawers of Table bed side MAP and supply and fixing of new drawers as per existing shape and size. Front portion of drawer shall be provided 18mm thick prelaminated particle board as per existing shade. Replacement of unserviceable handle of drawer and provide new drawer handle with D type stainless steel handle heavy duty of approved quality to be fixed as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Charpoy Folding with hard top (FD-388R)

Removing the old u/s plywood and S & F new 12 mm thick ply wood top commercial BWR grade,synthetic resin bonded, conforming to IS 303-1989 of suitable size as per drawing in two parts with new S/steel nut and bolts and as specified and as directed . Make : Kit ply/century/National.

Repairs of charpoy folding frame including tighting,replacement of old nut and bolts and rivets and welding whever required as per trade practice and complete all as specificed and shown on drg.

M & L Painting of frame with two coats of black paint or reqd shade by preparing the surfaces after removing old paints by means of spray painting to all steel surface and provide 06 Nos Hard PVC shoe to the bottom of the leg etc complete all as specified and directed.
