S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloths 0.46mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.18mm & fixed with tint tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L steel work in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted, or welded attachments, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel windows with tubular frame factory made with double shutter (wire gauged shutter & glass glazed shutter, wire cloth and glass panes shall be measured and paid separately) of size 79mmx39mm,16 gauge rectangular tubular frame with side hung shutter with glazing bars 12x3mm flat iron incl projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay dovetailed or welded incl 2 Nos tower bolts 100mm long and 10mm square bar grills complete, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified & pattern shown in drg No CEPZ/TD-245/01 and 246/02 sheet ½ & 2/2.

S&F sheet glass 3.00mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.50Sqm in each panes including glass pin, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine for cut kota stone, stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 set, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including, rubbing and mirror polishing including roughening of existing PCC surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection 75mm thick finished even and fair incl making joints at every 2.5m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 14 here-in-before, but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement including scaffolding upto 7 meter height and curing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and curing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall including scaffolding up to 7m height, two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including scaffolding up to 7m height, one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of newly steel surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Taking down rolling shutter of area upto 50 sqm area including hard cover, shafts and tension spring, anchoring rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel, thickness of sheet 1.25mm plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for Steel roller of any dia for rolling/sliding shutters all as specified & directed.

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
