Repairs:- Providing and fixing false ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, Solid PVC insulation panels having wall thickness of 1mm thick plain PVC rigid foam sheet and EPS as defined in of desired thickness depending on insulation required shall be insert in a framework made using anodized aluminium Tee section of sizes 1”X1” (25X25mm,19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2’X2’ (600X600mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of G.I. hook and G.I. wire/6mm.M.S. rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. the aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 1”X1”(25X25mm) angles, complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge & drawing

Supply and fixing of e-3 Ceramic magnetic Green Chalk Board of size 10'0''x4'0'' with viturious enamil coated sheet made up of 0.30 to 0.4mm thick steel sheet having 0.095 mm thick on top and 0.03mm min on the back supported with 9mm thick MDF board having bulk density of 750kg/m3 and laminated with 0.25 mm thick electro Galvanised steel sheet at the back both the top and backing sheet shall be properly fixed with MDF board using suiltable addhesive to avoid any moisture absorption. Fixed in deluxe quality alluminium channels confirming to ISI standards including cost transportaion and all labour charges for fixing etc complete for finshing item of work.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine.
