Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.50 Cum and getting out in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth etc and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia as stirrups, binders and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffit of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers lintels, cantilevers, shellves including supports, overhangings etc, also splays between floor and beam for fair finished flat concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, landings and similar work. (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat concrete surfaces n.exc 200 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footings, foundation beam, plinth beams, bases of columns basement slabs and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) 16 to 20mm dia neck and length exceeding 15cm & not exceeding 22.5cm long with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one washer and one hexagonal nut and the other end to be embedded in RCC fencing post while casting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or Flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc, conforming to Fe 410-W Gde-E-250, quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2000 litres capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia bore PTMT ball valve with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complet as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
