SITC of FAA/ICAO/DGCA-CAR compliant LED based Runway Guard light for compliance as per ICAO/DGCA-CAR aviation visual aids requirements complete with LED lamp/s with integral driver, electronics suitable for operation along with existing 2.8-6.6 Amps current Circuit & CCRs , with all accessories and cable lead with plug ready for site installation on circular Housing box ,suitable for all weather operation, conforming to latest ICAO / CAR requirement as per specifications complete as required.

Supply of 45 W, 6.6A/6.6A rating 5000V, 50 Hz Series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in black cross linked polychloroprene compound like TPE /TPR / TPV with primary and secondary connections suitable to be operated confirming to specification as required suitable for above mentioned LED runway Guard light fittings complete as per Technical Specifications.

SITC of CI Adaptor / collar box round type of outside dia 330mm of 150mm height made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top. The CI collar shall have a clear opening of 220 mm at the top and bottom surface and 6 nos M-10 tapped holes at the centre of 260 mm at top and bottom to fix the collar including providing 6 nos. M-10 bolts (SS) and a base. The cost shall include necessary bitumen/concrete kerf/core cutting and concrete works for fixing the same and laying of connceting pipes.

Installation of CI Transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630*630*100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cemeny concrete including excavation of existing Bituminous Road/Pavement/shoulder of the runway, disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead, providing and fixing 300mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling. The boxes are aligned in such way that the hole centres fall in straight line etc., complete as required.

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm., 600V Grade Flexible Copper Conductor, EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits conforming as specified in particular specification sizes as required.

Supply and installation of 2 pin secondary plug suitable for connection of isolation transformer and to light fixture complete as required

Supply of plug & receptacle of size 6 sqmm type I, class B connector & suitable for attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated PE sheathed single core screened copper conductor cable as required.

Laying of one number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable of 5KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Providing and Laying of 25 mm dia 'B' class GI Pipe in Runway for runway guard light fittings. Job Involve kerf cutting and refiling the same with (fast grouting) cement concrecting complete with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box as required.

Supply of follwing size 5 KV Grade stranded Copper Conductor single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, unshielded, anti-termite and rodent treated, airport lighting cable generally confirming to IS 1554- Part-II 1981 with up to date amendments and as specified in particular specifications of the following sizes as required. 1 Core X 6 Sq mm.

SITC of Indoor, Air cooled Type constant current regulator of Thyristor Controlled microprocessor based suitable for use on 230V+ 10% volts, 50/60 Hz, Input AC Supply with Output Power of 7.5 KW at 6.6 Amps with 5 Steps variation of Current Output suitable for local and Remote Control Operation with 24/48 VDC integral Control Supply complete with output current indicated on multifuction digital display, over current, over voltagte, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, positive feed back indication equipments,complete with 5 KV grade current transformer and relays, contactors interconnection with multicore control cable junction box etc complete as per AAI specifications as required. (The CCR should be supplied with modules connecting to available NASU make ALCMS system at Tuticorin Airport)

Supplying and Laying of HDPE pipe of 63mm OD of PE 80 PN 6 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend,couplers etc. confirming to IS 4984,complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.8m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioining and protective etc as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply of following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 Part-I amended upto date etc. complete as required. 2 core x 25 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 2Cx 25 sqmm

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, getting out the excavated soil, refilling with excavated soil after laying of cable/ pipe/ for site requirement etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters, without ramming and watering etc as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of upto 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ Masonary Duct as required.

Supply of following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 Part-I amended upto date etc. complete as required. 12Cx 1.5 sqmm
