S&F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No.1, stay rod 16mm dia, loop type insulator, stay clamps including excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc., and taking out old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr both sides of overhead line with in a gap of span 40 mtrs each and removing the same cleaning the site all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation, laying of poles, cables in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread approved dry river sand for cable laying /foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose

M & L for road crossing /drain crossing by adopting trenchless tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment true to the alignment and gradient by hydraulic pipe jacking technique including tunneling in any type of strata including hard rock, MS cassing pipe heavy duty of size 100mm dia 6mm thick in any length including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto 240 Sqmm and necesssary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorities complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of existing LT panel outddor/indoor type by properly fixing loose/dislocated MS doors with provision of hinges or welding as necessary, provision of tower bolt as per as existing size including painting of internal and external surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour after preparation of old painted surfaces as required for smooth operation of panel and as directed by the Engr-in-charge (Size of Panel board n.exc 2.25x1.2x0.6 m) NOTE: Cost of MS sheet,Tower bolt, sliiding bolt as required is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M & L for Indoor cubicle type MCCB enclosure of suitable size made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet single door, front open type, and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of powder coated paint for MCCB of capacity 100 to 160 Amps with provision for entry /exit of suitable 3.5 core LT Cable and connecting incoming & outgoing LT cables complete all as specified and directed. Note : The scope of work includes removing of existing enclosure including MCCB and fixing new sheet metal enclouser on the wall with necessary screws, lugs etc. and refixing dismantled MCCB in it complete.

Supply, fix, connect, commission and test 3-Phase Heavy duty power capacitors MPP out door type operating 3 phase 415 volt AC suply 50 HZ confirming to IS:2834 complete with necessary bolts and nuts, earth strip connected from LT panel to capacitor bank including suitable copper cable Multi core multistranded with necessary lugs for inter connection of capacitor bank of 5 KVAR complete all as specified including disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable power capacitor bank all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, connect, commission and test 3-Phase Heavy duty power capacitors MPP out door type operating 3 phase 415 volt AC suply 50 HZ confirming to IS:2834 complete with necessary bolts and nuts, earth strip connected from LT panel to capacitor bank including suitable copper cable Multi core multistranded with necessary lugs for inter connection of capacitor bank of 10 KVAR complete all as specified including disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable power capacitor bank all as specified and as directed.
