Reaming the existing foundation drainage shaft of 200mm dia to the entire depth by specilised drilling inside drainage gallery inclusive of all machineries, equipments, consunables, other materials required for the work, labour charges for operation, cleaing the drilled holes, transport charges for machinery and shifting them to different location etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing 'Poly Ironite Ceramic Cementitious (PICC)' or equivalent for masonry joint filling to a depth of 50 mm including preparing of 'T' joint of masonry by removing existing loose portion of stone masonry by racking out the weak masonry joints / epoxy treated joints to required depth, cleaning with special chemical 'Steripure 100' with pressure water jet for removing of algae fungi; applying bond coat before PICC application and top coat after finishing, complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges, transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing cementitious 1:3 mortar for filling of big cavity to the masonry joint upto 30 cm depth complete as per specification including coat of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges transportation with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Pack grouting the holes by Poly Cementitious material as per requirement to reduce the porosity of masonry surface and to increase the strength of structure using grouting m/ c, mixer etc and all relevant safety with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Water washing with high pressure for removal of lime leaching and fungus formation in the D/S face of Dam under hanging condition as per specification including cost of all materials, cost for steripure 100, labour charges, T&Ps required for the work scaffolding, etc., complete Wherever required as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.

Chipping out the honeycombed / damaged surface of concrete to a depth of 200mm deep or as per actual site requirement, Inserting and fixing 150mm long 15mm to 20mm dia self anchoring rods into the groove area by drilling and fixing using necessary chemicals so as to have a very good bond between the microcinccrete area .Then the chipped surface shall be filled by using Micro concrete having high strength(Compressive strength of 50Mpa) and grouting shall be done using low viscous ,non shrink epoxy grout conforming to ASTM C881 Type-IV Class C of through these nipples. After grouting the surface plastered using repair mortar(High strength, Non- shrink, UV resistant, abrasion and chemical resistant,impermeable repair mortar confirming to EN 1504-3 “Class R 4” standards for structural and non structural repairs) after the application of a bonding coat on the original surface.The thickness of resurfacing coating of shall be 12 mm, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, curing etc complete.

Chipping raised pointing and removing down stream side weak masonry mortar joint upto average depth of 50mm and removing the loose materials and clearing the joints, packing joints for 25mm with cm 1:2 with hammering and packing rod of different sizes and Filling with cm 1:3 for 25mm top depth and 20mm thick raised pointing for 65mm width over the racked joints in CM 1:3 including cost of all materials working platform rope, ladder, all labour charges, T&P , labour charges for operating hanging platform, curing, etc., complete for downstream side of Kodayar II dam.

Erection of the hoisting mechanism such as Gear box, Gear coupling, plumber block, pinion Gears, rope drums, motor,etc., complete of spillway gate carefully over the newly erected steel deck bridge with suitable fastner using special tool and tackles, lifting machineries and aligning the entire hoisting assembly to the gate and bring the operating mechanism into trouble free operation as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials, all labour charges, tools & plants, lead, lift,etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of new 31 mm/suitable size steel wire rope with good quality for the tunnel intake gate(Regular) and scour vent gate (Regular) using new fixing clamps,bolt & nuts washers,etc., and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamps,bolt & nuts,etc.,complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials,labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of new 38 mm/suitable size steel wire rope with good quality for the tunnel intake gate(Emergency) and scour vent gate (Emergency) using new fixing clamps,bolt & nuts washers,etc., and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamps,bolt & nuts,etc.,complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials,labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of new 26 mm/suitable size steel wire rope with good quality for the spillway gate using new fixing clamps,bolt & nuts washers,etc., and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamps,bolt & nuts,etc.,complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.
