SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Desigining (Hydraulically, Structurally, Aesthetically) providing, constructing, Hydraulic Testing, Commissioning & giving satisfactory trails of STP 800 KLD with tertiary treatment consisting of Coarse Bar Screening Chamber, RCC with steel screen (manual), Receiving Sump (RCC), Submersible Pumps in receiving sump, Stilling Chamber in RCC, Coarse bar screen chamber RCC with steel screen and Fine bar screen, chamber (manual) RCC with steel screen ,Oil & Grease Remover (RCC), Grid separator, Equalization tanks, (2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks, Feed pumps (2 Nos), Anoxic tank, Moving bed Bio reactor (s) with plastic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS>15,000 mg/ltr), Air Blowers for MBBR (2 Nos),Tube settler assembly, Sludge Pump screw type (2Nos), Sludge dewatering centrifuge, sludge holding tank, air grid for sludge holding chlorine dozing system, chlorine contact tank cum clarified tank/filter feed tank, foundation for all E/M equipments, aeration tank, clarisettler tank, pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, filtered water tank UF, CIP tanks reject header, Permeate header, feed header, UF permeate tank, associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, electrical control panel with interconnecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation etc complete as Turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties taxes complete. Note: For tertiary treatment it also includes filter feed pumps, dual media filter, activated carbon filter, treated water tank in RCC. Treated sewage can also be used for irrigation, horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash.

Please note that Rs 15,000/- per month fixed for full intervening period (i.e. physical completion date and completion certificate date by GE in the completion certificate indicated) shall be paid for applicable duration by GE. Since this intervening period is not known therefore amount of same will not get reflected in acceptance amount of the tender. (Also refer Schedule 'A' Note 2.9 on Sl. Page No. 12)

M & L for DI pipe with socket and spigot conforming to IS:8329-2000, ends centrifugally cast class K 9 suitable for rubber gasket push on joint including rubber joint ISI marked, jointed and laid in trenches of nominal size 200mm dia including gasket with push on joints conforming to IS:5381 suitable for fluid temperature 0 to 50° complete in standard length of 5.5 meter all as specified and as directed.

M & L for DI pipe with socket and ends centrifugally cast class K 7 suitable for rubber gasket push on joint including rubber joint ISI marked, jointed and laid in trenches of size 150mm dia including gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of pumping set, 10 HP, 415V, 50Hz AC centrifugal electric driven 2880 RPM, horizontal type, suction 100mm and delivery 80mm pump with Bronze impeller C-40 shaft TEFC motor IP-44 F class insulation, all as per manufacturer's specification fixed with suitable foundation bolts grouted in Base plate as per OEM including electric connection from starter to motor and PCC foundation etc with all connected accessories complete all as directed. Make: KDS model of Kirloskar KDS 1030 or equivalent as per Annexure

Supply and fix CI Foot Valve 100 mm dia, flanged as per IS:4038 with nuts, bolts, gaskets with all connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for construction of valve chamber of size 1200mmx1200mmx1200mm internal size including necessary earth work excavation, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, Brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel cover 3mm thick on 25x25x3 mm angle iron frame work with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and locking arrangements complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised earth strip 32x6mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber of size 45cm X 45cm X 45cm including, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I
