Supply & fixing of heavy duty fully automatic motorized rolling shutter 1 mm thick GI laths sheet mounted on specially design 5 inches pipe shaft with rolling ball bearing system and heavy duty GI top cover for rolling shutter & side fixing MS channel & 35x35x5 mm angle iron with lock plate & extra for providing of heavy duty grill made of 8mm dia MS bar approximately 1 Mtr. as per site requirement along the entire width of shutter with one or more coat of primer & two or more coat of enamel paint i/c buyback of old material etc complete as required.

Supply & fixing of heavy duty fully automatic motorized rolling system with side rolling shutter motor (Make: Elero / Came / Somphy / Neesa) with single phase, 220 volt 50 Hz, lifting height 6 Mtr., Lifting force capacity 600 Kg single phase suitable for all weather condition precisely open & close strong power & low noise safety break, up & down switch shaft, clutch & automatic system with inbuilt manual SS chain pully system mounted on the GI rolling shutter complete as reqd.

Fabricating, supply and fixing of wiremesh fancing made out of 40mm X 40mm X 5mm thick angle iron in outher frame and in between MS T-iron 40x40x5mm at 1 meter each (length x width) with MS wiremesh and MS wiremesh (75x25 mm) of 7.75 kg/sq. mtr. etc. i/c grounting / fixing at sire in the shape of panel jointing with each other with the help of nut bolt / welding as required. and welding the MS strip of size 25x3 mm (NS) to support the wiremesh i/c making suitable hinged type and locking arrangement entry door of similar members i/c painting etc as per Engineer directive, etc as required.

Dismantling of existing rolling shutter of approximate 50 sq.ft size from installed position with the help of welding machine and manual labour, i/c repairing the damaged surface to match with existing surface i/c buy back of old shutter i/c installation etc complete as reqd.

Fabrication, providing and fixing of M.S. sheet on (40mm x 40mm x 5mm) M.S. angle iron and M.S. T-iron of size (40mm x 40mm x 5mm) fixing of M.S. Sheet (1mtr x 1mtr x 2.5mm thick) of approximate 20kg per sq.mtr etc. welding and fixing at site on panel with help of M.S. strip M.S. welding painting etc. complete as required.
