Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Making the area workable by clearing weeds including removal of vegetation, grass, shrubs, bushes and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete.

Making the working space by shifting the sculptures/architectural members laying in the area to a proper place manually and very carefully with lead approximate 100 mtr etc complete in all respect.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means / manual mean in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift upto 1.50 m, including getting out the excavated soil directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil.

Leveling & dressing the undulated area by cutting/digging the surplus earth & Spreading in the low laying area by compacting and using the water & disposal of Surplus earth/ boulder out side the working area with lead up to 100 mtr by head load etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of boundary wall including ramming, compacting, and curing etc complete.

Random rubble masonry of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level etc complete

Providing and laying in position in cement concrete DPC on ground level of Dwarf wall in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 C.Sand : 4 Stone aggregate) nominal size 20mm including ramming, compacting, and curing etc complete.

Random rubble masonry of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 1½ :3 (1cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for fixing of MS grill panel in concrete block (size 0.20 x 0.20 x 0.30mtr) including ramming, compacting, and curing etc complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete coping of dwarf wall with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand) and 20mm down gauge stone aggregate including ramming, compacting and curing etc complete.

Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing with vertical post ISLC 100x50x6mm and MS angle 50x50x6mm horizontal support in top and bottom for adjoining the frame 12mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Panel size 2.00 x 1.20 mtr)

Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints with mixing hardener and colour pigment for matching the original etc complete.

Supply and fixing of MS Gate with vertical post ISLC 100x50x6mm and MS angle 50x50x6mm horizontal support in top and bottom for adjoining the frame 12mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (gate size 2.00 x 1.50 mtr)

Finishing with paint (two or more coats) on MS structure at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete.

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work after stacking and measuring by mechanical transportation upto lead of 5 km from site area for site clearance and good appearance.
