S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, molding / folding in circular / semicircular of any position and height fixed with self tapping screws as specified, as directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work etc complete all as specified and as directed. at any height.

M&L 12 mm thick designer ceiling GRG tiles of 595mm x595 mm (Make : Everest/Dimond or equivalent as approved by GE) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions, fixed with white powder coated galvanized iron grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges comprising of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel sheet & of size T 24x32mm and spaced at 1.2m c/c securely fixed to the structural soffits by hangers at 1.2m of GI wire 4mm dia fixed rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee with (double stitching) to be inter locked between main runners at 600mm c/c to form 600x600mm modules, angle along perimeter wall shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19x19mm of white colour all as per instruction at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed on brick wall/ concrete surface of roof with Asian Paint Smart Care Ready Mix Plaster mortar finished even and fair as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Refixing old 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete.

S&F 20 mm dia galvanized pipes medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) incl pipes of any type in trenches & in floors if required including all fittings, heads, shoes,bends,swan-necks etc including cleaning or refixing or romoval to store.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering including sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and prepare the surface for roof treatment etc and disposal of all debris to out side MOD land complete complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof kerbs, padding, sloping , Gola, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scrapping, hammering, chiseling, scrubbing to surfaces of at any height using electric/mechanical means, hand brush, blower, etc or if needed then Dismantling/taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces as recommended by the manufacturer and disposal of all unserviceable all debris to out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion, should be ready to use and can fill convoluted voids and cracks , it should componsates shrikage at both plastic and Hardened states. W/P ratio of 0.18. Strength of 1 day to be 20N/mm2. Time of expension to start after 20min of mixing and finish in 120 min of mixing epoxy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr, compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3)-25 Mpa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/mm2 at 7 days, including all tools and tackles as per accepting officer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 2 coats of amine cured epoxy coating cum primer A film thickness of approx. 1 to 2mm should be built up in two coats, should achieve Adhesion bond strength 1 N/mm2, pot life of 30 minutes@30 C. Before applying primer Concrete / steel surface should be cleaned by any suitable method (like sand blasting, water jetting etc.) to remove oldCoatings, grease, oil, curing compounds, loose particles, weld spatter, flux, rust etc, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. . .

M&L for protecting and plastering of waterproofed surface Using cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar which can be applied by trowel.. It is reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking. It is recommended for repair situations requiring application of mortar up to 10 mm thickness in one layer.The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 11 MPa in 1 day & 30 MPa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 MPa @ 7 days.The cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar should be mixed with acrylic polymer cement modifier @ 8% of weight or 2.4 ltrs per 30 kg bag of cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar . which provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, Versatile having specific gravity of 1.01 cement, sand can be used for finishing purpose.It shall have a tensile strength of minimum 2 MPa. It shall have a minimum bond strength of 2 MPa, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying Fiber Glass Mesh 40GSM with Side over laps shall be 25 mm and the end shall be 50 mm complete.

M&L for applying 20 mm screed with single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar to produce a thixotropic mortar . The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 15 MPa in 1 day & 45 MPa in 28 days and a flexural strength of 7 MPa @ 7 days. Cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose. It shall compensate both plastic and hardened shrinkage and have minimum direct adhesive bond strength of greater than 2 MPa. It shall be alkaline, compatible with host concrete with similar thermal properties and shall achieve a elastic modulus of minimum 25 kN/Sqmm. The single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar should be mixed with hydrolysis resistant primer cement modifier, not less than 8% of weight or 2.4 ltrs per 30 kg bag of single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar, which provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, Versatile having specific gravity of 1.02.All cementations systems have to be cured for a minimum period of 3-5 days by water curing. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L treating the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles ensure thorough cleaning. Providing and applying with 3 coats of (Damp Proof Ulta Asian Paint/ Birla Opus Prime B70/Sika); elastomeric waterproofing liquid applied membrane which is formulated with elastic cross linking mechanism of polymer and acrylic fibres having crack bridging ability of up to 2 mm, tensile strength of 1.8 mpa, 250% elongation and can withstand up to 10 bars hydrostatic pressure. The coating also provides with anti-carbonation properties and ensures surface temperature reductions up to 10*C or more. Applying in 3 coats on terrace and horizontal surfaces having 33% water dilution in 1st coat and an undiluted 2 coats as per manufacturers specification. The coating needs to be reinforced with a 40 GSM fiber glass mess, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. Note : Rate of 40 GSM Fiber glass Mess shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for providing and crack sealing cementitious material in powder form. It is easy to apply and can be finished or smoothened off with a putty blade or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and can be over coated with common paints / coatings, white coloured with setting time of 15min and Compressive strength as per ASTM C 109 of 22N in 7 days. Mixing Ratio to 1: 2.5 (Water: Powder) Cutting groove of less than 6mm X 6mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for treating the existing pipe penetrations using non-shrink, free flowing, cementitious grout .The compressive strength of the grout must exceed 50 N/mm2 at 7 days and 60 N/mm2 at 28 days. The flexural strength of grout must exceed 9N/mm2 @ 28 days. Fresh wet density of the mixed grout must exceed 2150 kg/m3. Further flashing the area using solvent based polyurethane based waterproofing material having minimum tensile strength on 3 N/mm2 and minimum elongation of 600%. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Note: (a) The work for Item Ser No 27 to 36 shall be executed directly by manufacturer or their authorized applicator. Application shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by manufacturer in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labors tools and plants scaffolding and working upto 15 mtr height for All items (1 to 36). (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts. ropes. helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height etc. which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.
