Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation/ fixing pole/ laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground electric cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: For measurement & payment purpose, punned thickness of sand only shall be considered.

Supply and Laying in replacement burn brick, sub class 'B', old size, having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/Sqm, laid flat at right angle on the cable, for cable covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing in repair 16 Sqmm, 4 core, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable, with aluminium multistranded conductor, 1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches / duct, passing through pipe/ duct or fixed on pole including taking down old cable complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing in repair 10 Sqmm, 2 core, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable, with aluminium multistranded conductor, 1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches/ duct, passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole including taking down old cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note for item Nos 6.00 to 7.00:- Necessary Excavation, Earthwork, sand cushion, cable cover etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

S&F in replacement covered box type water/Weather Proof HIP based sign board with MES LOGO and English Letter with HIP (High Intensity Prismatic Retro Reflective Tape with Print Lamination) letters with acrylic top and back ACP channels, All the words / LOGO shall be properly fixed on sign board including taking down old rusted sign board, including taking down all electrical wiring, and dismantling fitting fixture complete all as specified and as directed. Sign board having Different Size and installation details with location. Board should have MES LOGO and Installation Name, Place, Installation Details of all HT/LT/DG set capacity. Note:- Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the cost of Blue/Red Colour 3mm ACP sheet, and PCC work and LOGO etc complete.

S&F in replacement MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated inclusive of one coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide including taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

SUPPLY INSTALLATION TESTING & COMMISSION of Covered Box Type LED 3 feet Alphabets made out of 18 SWG 304 Grade Stainless Steel Profile Bending / Cutting by CNC Fully Automatic machine & 3mm Acrylic Sheet i.e. used on the front of Letters (Lit – Part) by professionally pasted in an Stainless Steel Profile of 2.5 Inch raised will be used for the Base which is sealed with ACP from behind, LED’s will be installed on (ACP)Frame mounted with MS Frame along with 2” band along with primer & paint for long life . All letters will be Dust proof, Water proof, Weather proof with following Technical Specifications. M&L for annual comprehensive maintenance of 30 KVA - 12 nos and 10 KVA 01 nos . UPS system installed at various wards/area under base hospital during the period of contract every month. Contractor also displays his contract number near UPS and complaint shall be attended within 24 hours. Every month OEM Technician should be check serviceability of UPS and submit serviceability report of UPS , which will be done by contractor and also recee to be done for functioning of UPS and rectifying the defects:- 1. The contractor includes maintenance of 13 nos. Online UPS inclusive of parts required in case of damage to the system Contractor will be fully responsible of Equipment Note:- 1. Preventive maintenance of system on monthly basis and up keeping the log book. 2. Attending to all the complaints within 24 hours. 3. Field service report will be maintained and submitted to JE after every month checking. 4. Maintenance of battery to be carried out on regular basis by cleaning and applying petroleum jelly. 5. In case contractor fails to attend and rectify complain within 24 hours, penalty will be enforced Rs 2000/- per complaint. Term and condition and service of legal agreement of OEM in PS.

Note for item Ser No12:- The above items considered in overhauling sch is for basic indication of requirement of overhauling and contractor shall visit the site before quoting tender. The quoted rate is inclusive of replacement of all defective major & minor spare parts required for overall functioning of chiller plant as per OEM recommendation. If during overhauling/ after opening of compressor at OEM premises if OEM will insist for replacement of Main screws assembly of compressor or any other major parts contractor will bound to replace the same and no extra payment in this regards paid to contractor. Rate for the same is inclusive in quoted rate.

Note:- Contractor shall fully responsible for satisfactory performance of plant parameters during complete duration of contract period. During Compressive maintenance period any type of fault (Major & Minor) occurs in UPS contractor shall attending and rectify it without cost . No payment is admissible in this account to contractor. (i) Contractor should produce MOU of agreement between OEM (VERTIV) and contractor firm from Whom contractor should carry out the comprehensive maintenance of compressor for 12 months time . The After due verification from OEM UPS shall be handed over to contractor for comprehensive maintenance for 11 months. Important. (ii) Please sign/ release Annual Maintenance Contracts/ Service Contracts/ Purchase Orders with Vertiv Energy Private Limited (India) directly. We have not authorized any partner / agent/ intermediaries to act & accept contract on company’s behalf. VERTIV will not take any responsibility or Liability rising out of service contracts directly taken by any 3rd party. (iii) Bidder shall submit and uploaded the MOU through OEM i.e. UPS by Vertiv Energy Private Limited (India) for the comprehensive maintenance (AMC) of above equipments otherwise bid will be rejected.

Initial Checking of all UPS Thermography Test One Time Activity for UPS Input and Output terminals & Panel as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in Replacement Sealed Maintenance Free 12V/65AH Batteries with suitable size terminal link for 30/10 KVA UPS.
