Checking electrical points for continuous electric supply system and replacement of unserviceable spares for all electrical fixtures, ceiling/exhaust fans of any size and capacity and carrying out minor repairs, fixing screws, tightening of loose wires, any type renewal of small pieces of electric wire upto 1.00 mtr length and maintenance work complete on all working days including holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge, at complete area of GE (AF) Bamrauli.

M&L for opening up the winding of ceiling fan 1200 mm any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire with suitable gauge winding ,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete. Testing of the ceiling fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for opening up the winding of ceiling fan any 1400 mm any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire with suitable gauge winding ,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete. Testing of the ceiling fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only rubber reel suitable for ceiling fan of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ceiling fan blade suitable for 1200mm sweep of any make with suitable size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.(As per sample)

Supply only worn out shaft, beyond economical repair of existing ceiling fan any make, type or size as per original one ceiling/exhaust fan complete all as directed.

M & L for painting of ceiling fans , in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one or more coat to achieve even and smooth surface after cleaning all dust etc.and endorsement of fan no.with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement PVC cable copper conductor multi strandrad flexible 23/76 twin core and making connections from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed.

S&F PVC canopy upper and lower of celing fan of any make & size complete with nuts, bolts & washers as per sample approved (As per sample).

S&F ceiling fan down rod 0.3 mtr long duly made out off mild steel including rubber bush nut, bolt, washer and split pin complete all as specified and directed.

S&F down rod for ceiling fan made out of galvanized iron pipe of size 15mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) of length 1mtr/1.20/1.5 metre (As per site reqd) including threading, cutting, slotting, drilling including nut, bolt, clip, washer and rubber real complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for collection of unserviceable pedestal fan/Wall fan / cabin fan (any make any size) form AGE E/M stores or taking down from users residence for carrying out the repair, reassembling the same including replacement of wornout nuts, bolts and washers, MS clip screw split pin, ball bearing, bush rubber reel including derusting, servicing, oiling greasing, rewinding of fan motor reinstalling, testing and making electric connection to ensure and making electric connection to ensure proper functioning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate includes the cost of all spares material as mentioned above except rewinding of fan motor, bush and ball bearing. The rewinding of fan, moter, bush & bell bearing shall be measured paid separately.

Rewinding to fan motor of any capacity of any make with supper enameled copper winding wire of existing size and quantity including insulating materials i.e varnish, sleeves etc with full satisfaction of engineer-in-charge for following :-

(a) Wall fan / Cabin fan 350/400 mm sweep any make

(b) Pedestal fan 400/450 mm sweep any make

Supply only bush for the pedestal fan/Wall fan / cabin fan of any make and any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing for pedestal fan/Wall fan / cabin fan fan/exhaust fan & cabin fan complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Exhaust fan 450mm sweep/Air circulator 600mm sweep of any make

(d) Air Circulator Industrial type 750 mm sweep

Supply only bush for the exhaust fan of any make and any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Condenser but 4 MFD complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Fresh air fan motor of capacity 1/6 HP 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply suitable for 250 mm size Fresh air fan as per sample complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in repair Fresh air fan motor of capacity 1/6 HP 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply suitable for 200 mm size Fresh air fan as per sample complete all as spd and directed.

Supply only exhaust fan motor capacity 1/4 HP 230 volts suitable for 230/300 mm size exhaust fan complete all as directed.

M&L for painting of Exhaust fan including fan blade of any make or any sweep at site with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surface by brush including cleaning all dust/oil/greasing etc by soft soap solution and rewriting existing MES number with black paint complete to the entire satisfaction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair A C starter unit consisting of one 25 Amp capacity starter, one 240 V 25 Amps 10 KA SPN MCB, one 25 Amps socket and one 25 Amps plug top prewired of Make : North West / Havells / Legrand complete as specified after taking out old unserviceable starter unit all as directed.

S &F in repair C curve series MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair C cuurve MCB SP 40 Amp rating 240 volt 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in repair C curve series MCB SPN 32 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in repair C curve series MCB SPN 40 to 63 amp, 240 volts, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Ventilating Fan 250 mm sweep, non metallic resin body, single phase 240 volts AC 50 Hz including louvers, and copper cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm for connection from ceiling rose to fan complete all aspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Old material deposited to MES store Yard

Supply and fixing in repair Exhaust fan 230mm sweep(steel Body) , single phase 240 volts AC 50 Hz including louvers and for fixing of Exhaust fan and copper cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm for connection from ceiling rose to fan complete all aspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair Exhaust fan 300mm sweep(steel Body) , single phase 240 volts AC 50 Hz including louvers and for fixing of Exhaust fan and copper cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm for connection from ceiling rose to fan complete all aspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair wall mounted fan 400mm size, 230 volts , 50 Hz 1420 RPM with 90 degree oscillation and having speed control by pull cord system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Pedestal fan 400mm sweep 1400 RPM, 100 watt , air delivery 115CMM double bearing one year warranty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for in replacement for only twin core PVC insulated unarmoured cable 6 Sqmm Flat 1100 Volts with Aluminium multi stranded conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through new PVC casing caping mediem grade, ISI marked and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty, fabricated branded modular metal flush box duly make embossed, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing switches , socket outlet and fan regulators etc, complete for one light, fan, bell point controlled by one switch.all as specified and as directed.
