Construction of Office Buliding for 4th sub division under Irrigation Division 3rd Banda at District Banda Hedquater (LOT-01)

Earth work by Power transported earth with a lead beyond 200m and upto 1.0 km including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing and all lift complete required for prpoer completion of Work.

Brick Work 1:4 with cement and coarse sand including all cost of material labour, T&P etc required for prpoer completion of Work.

Centering and shutering for R.C.C slab,lintel etc. including all cost of material labour, T&P etc required for prpoer completion of Work.

R.C.C. work 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand and stone grit size 4.75-20 mm including all cost of material labour, T&P etc required for prpoer completion of Work.

Supplying and laying of steel in R.C.C. work including all cost of material labour, T&P etc required for prpoer completion of Work.

2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm graded approved stone laid in pannels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8 cm thick base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm gauge in the portion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlaping mortar at the joints of the pannel if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all material,labour,and T&P etc.required for prpoer completion of Work.

Fabrication and fixing of mild steel/iron work in grill, gates, railing, door, window frames including cutting, drilling, welding, riveting and fixing hinges where necessary with fixing in position including cost of all material, labour, T&PP etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws required for proper completion of work.

Cement Plaster with 1:4 cement and coarse sand including all cost of material labour, T&P etc required for prpoer completion of Work.

Distempering (oil bound distemper) two coat of premium quality (Burger, Asian, Nerolac) over one priming coat of cement primer on new surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping making the surface even with plaster of paris, whiting and sand papered smooth including cost of materials, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
