S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm made of GI wire dia not less than 3mm and fix with column with nut or bolts and strengtheing with 10mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Payment of TMT bar shall be made in seperate items in this Schedule. (ii) The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Nut bolt required.

S&F 10mm dia MS bars to be fixed in chain link fencing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of syanthetic anamel paint over one coat of red oxide Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls firnished even and smooth without using extra cement in multistorey building,complete all as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smoothe surface without using extra cement on ceiling, chajja in multy storey building etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces as of walls and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new plaster surface two coat of oil bound destemper over 2-3mm thick of birla white putty including preparation of newly plastered surface etc all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated/undecoreated external wall / Ceiling applying one coats of cement base paint by spray gun/ spray machine up to 8 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall / internal wall/Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible up to 8 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+2 bldg including scaffolding

M& L for preparing the entire surface with applying 2-3 mm thick wall care putty on walls and ceiling surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing the entire surface with applying priming surface with alklai resistance priming paint on walls and ceiling surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for external wall / Ceiling applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine up to 3 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Notes for item No 30, 35 & 36: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted successful L1 bidder after opening of Financial Bid within a fixed time frame of 7 days otherwise tender will be cancelled. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 30, 35 & 36 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. Note rate quoted up to G+8 bldg including scaffolding

M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down care fully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden batten or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete incl fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, light fittings any type etc to be measured seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through Existing PVC conduit, including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty and fabricated branded modular metal flush box / M S Steel terminal boxes, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate / 3 mm thick laminated top sheet cover for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc , all as specified and as directed for the followings:- complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
