Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead : Of sectional area 40 sqcm. and above.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of :G.S. Sheet

"Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees, and saplings of girth up to 30 cm including removal of rubbish and disposal of the same outside the periphery of the area cleared By labours as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation with required depth including removal of excavated soil/slush etc. ,dressing of bed and sides ,dewatering (if any) of trenches till construction upto ground level is achieved and disposal of excavated soil as directed by the Engineer incharge including all leads ,lifts and Carriage by mechanical means as required complete. (For All kinds of soils)

Providing and laying stone soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footings ,floors etc. including carriages of materials from source to site of work complete in all respects.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level. (a)1:4:8( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone agg/ 40mm nominal size) crushed aggregate) including all sorts of carriage of materials

(b)1:3: 6( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone agg/ 20mm nominal size) crushed aggregate) for mass concrete works. including all sorts of carriage of materials
