Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder @0.03Cum of premixed macadam) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400sqm and exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for WBM 7.5 Cm thickness (compacted thickness ) with coarse aggregates of granding 2 (63 to 40 mm size) , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 10 tone power roller , using aggregated of granite trap or basalt complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 50mm thick Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen any penetration binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size of grade VG-10 laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 10 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5% binder content using paving bitumen of Grade VG 10 by weight of total mix, spread by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour white and yellow confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions completed all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed

S&F metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble,uncoursedwell bonded, built in CM (1:6) as in parapet,steps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plastering of any description and in any position in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints ,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surface and applying Two coats synthetic enamel paint over priming paint plaster coat on surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surface and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint on surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregated in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throttling, as directing including necessary form work completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed aggregate as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block , 80mm thick M-40 Grade of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling below paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and top brick/ stone wall in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. with 15 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 includin one No s/s clamp grade 202 of flat 30mmx2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each stone and drilling hole for hold fasterner etc completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in Hard/ dense soil completed all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thickness Moorum /Red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required completed all as specified and directed.
