Reconstruction work of damaged boundary wall of Type-A and Type-B houses of Judge Compound Agra Complex in Agra

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar ( DSR No- 15.7.4)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size). D.S.R. 4.10

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and for super structure above plinth level upto floor five level including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than12cm. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work DSR NO- 6.1.1 (7370.65 )

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:6 ratio over brick works including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. complete. (As per DSR no- 13.4.1)

15mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement & coarse sand of single coat for exterior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. DSR- 13.5.1

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat D.S.R. 13.109.1

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.(As per DSR 10.31)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give and even shade. One or more coats on old work including prepration of old surface.Old work DSR-13.99.1

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment
