REPAIR / MAINT INCLUDING CLEANING OF SOAK WELLS, SEPTIC TANKS, FILTER BEDS AND OTHER CONNECTED SEWERAGE ITEMS IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-III UNDER GE (AWC) MHOW

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any capacity, and any depth in mud in foul poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manually / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of blockage of sewer lines of any dia in any position by rodding from both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in charge. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of shrubs, grass small roots etc, around the manholes, inspection chamber at adjacent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account). Note: The length of sewage line to be measured from manhole to manhole/chamber for payment purpose.

Attending day to day complaint for Cleaning of blockage floor/ nahani/ bottle trap of wash hand basin/ sink/ bathrooms/ kitchen and WC (any type) by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The complaint slips to be collected from the complaint cell daily by the contractor or his authorised representative/ supervisor. The complaint to be attended and cleared within 24 Hrs or otherwise as given in particular specifications from the date and time of handing over of complaint slip and to be deposited to the concerned JE I/C or Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by the users. In case of delay in clearing the complaint, the penalty to be imposed to the contractor as indicated in particular specifications for every day of delay.

M&L for Cleaning of blocked / socked manholes and removal of sludge, soil, & any materials found from manholes by manually or machinically any depth of manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel flat iron as in bands straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes including bolt if required, hooks (stay) heavy for large gates,hook and pintle hinges,large hasps and staples, brackets for WHB, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans ,cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc corrugated steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.
