S&F in repair 32 mm bore, light grade, GI pipe bracket 1.2 mtr long, bend to shape including clamps made out of 50 x 6 mm flat iron and suitable size nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed.

Supply & fix in repair of JEF Nimbus Early Streamer emission Air terminal (ESEAT). (i) ESEAT shall have a corrosion resistant stainless steel body (AISI 316 grade) capable of working in hazardous atmosphere. The Air terminal shall be non-radioactive and require no special licensing. The unit shall be fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply required), collect energy from ambient electric field. (ii) ESEAT model must be tested in a high voltage laboratory in accordance with NFC 17 102 for a series of 100 shock waves equal to 325µs in order to measure the average gain in triggering. The average gain in triggering time (ΔT) obtained during the lab test for the offered model must be mentioned in the test report. (iii) ESEAT must work on negative as well as positively polarized discharges. (iv) ESEAT must have been tested for such discharges by a reputed (v)Indian Laboratory like Central Power Research Institute (CPRI). (vi) A dedicated tester should be avilable to test the healthiness of the ESEAT on request (Courtesy : Page No. 37, Point No. 3 of Clause 8.6 of the Revised NFC 17-102 version 2011). (vii) ESEAT Model : NLP 2200 - Radius of protection = 30 Mtrs Level of protection considered for the project = Level I.

Supply & fix in repair of Standard / Side mounting / Special Mounting Structure of GI + Aluminium of height 4.5 Mtrs with base plate suitable for roof mounting on concrete base and with FRP adapter without GUY kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair of Down conductor made of Copper / GI for lower impedance. It should have a minimum cross sectional area of 50mm² single core or equivalent size of GI strip and comply with IEC 62 305 standard. The down conductor shall be routed as directly as possible to the ground avoiding electrical shafts and sharp bends (minimum bending radius of 0,5m). Any metallic object located less than 1 meter shall be connected to it complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair test link box in order to disconnect the earth termination system for enabling measurements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair of 4 Digit electromechanical Lightning Event Counter in WEATHER PROOF ENCLOSURE. The counter should give the number of strikes intercepted by the lightning arrester complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , fixing, testing in repairs of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl all as specified . Note - Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.
