A/R and M/O Effiuent Irrigation System at CTP Network.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of M-10 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant of reputed cement manufacture and transported to the site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mixed design of M-10 grade of cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site. Placing in required camber compulsory with plate / screed vibrator, with wire brush etc. and curing including cost admixture in recommended proportions as per I.S. 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge Note : 1) Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately. M-10 grade plain cement concrete by using 220Kg of cement per cum of concrete.

Providing and laying 100 mm thick C& D waste product cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of C & D waste manufactured sand, filling the joints with C & D waste manufactured sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hiring & running charges of JCB machine on hourly basis including all operations i.e. to and fro, carriage, crawling of machine, operator and fuel etc. complete.

Supply and filling building rubbish in trenches, plinth, road in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, with power rolling earch layer with half tonne roller and rolling every third and topmost layer with roller of minimum 8 tonne, with all lead and lifts.
