Supply and fix in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm aluminium sheet foundation box main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass, other part made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair & steel window box type using 'P' section comprising double frame for gauged and glazed skeleton shutter jointed with flat iron 40x3mm complete througout continue including hinges, handle tower bolts stops, lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.Note (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongary shown on drgs (iii) Guard bars, glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet reinforced suitable for solid PVC door complete all as specified.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto granite finish complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.
