REPAIRS TO CHAJJA FINS, FACIA PARAPET AND ROOF TREATMENT OF RCC BLDGS AT KANKINARA UNDER GE (N) KOLKATA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, each 10 mm thick, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measure and paid separately).

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall by spray machine after cleaning the surface by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down etc having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing course of roof treatment, scale dirt etc. including racking out, hacking,scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) laid in roof and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane in non accessible roof with the following course of treatment : Firstly applying bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 kg per Sqm to the surface area including cleaning the surface then applying APP based polymeric membrane of minimum weight 3kg/ sqm and minimum thickness of 3mm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipe in any size or pattern including all fittings bends/ shoes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) rain water pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with and including PVC brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bend 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ dismantling loose/damaged concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling, louvers, parapet, column, beam, and lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if required and disposal of old debris outside the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars upto 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping ,welding as directed to the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1½: 3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajja, facia, railing and parapet complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1½: 3) type A0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufactures instructions as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No.18 above but in beams, lintel, cantilevers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to parapet, RCC wardrobe and similar items for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe ,ceiling etc including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint by spray machine on plastered surface, having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Felling of trees exc. 30 cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.
