S&F in-repair of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the road surface with the help of GI tubing not exc. 80mm bore dia for passing of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M& L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying Fly ash Bricks, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 23 here-in-above, but for 50mm bore (dia) GI Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Erecting in true vertical of Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.00 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws with and including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying two Coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer including necessary earthwork in excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50.0m, Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles filled upto ground level and Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1(20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping/Padestal of Poles and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork as required at Site(s) and dismantling the existing old damaged LT pole of any type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (size and type as required at site) drawn for overhead lines with permissible sags and providing jumper with and including copper binding wire or aluminium tapes, including stringing, tightening, etc., including dismantling the existing old unserviceable ACSR, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

Labour only for releasing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (any size and type) of existing OH lines by un-binding from insulator of any description, re-fixing after stretching, re-stringing the conductor, removing excess sag, maintaining proper distance between conductors as ordered and binding with insulator with aluminium binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L for mild steel Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable cross-arms, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for fixing in original position of disturbed/dis-aligned mild steel Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable cross-arms, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Stay assembly of 16mm dia 1.18m long stay rod complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1, size of plate 230x230x6mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Cost of 01 no 65 x 90mm porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green Loop type insulator, Galvanised stay strand of 7/3.15mm size upto 7.50m long stay strands with clamps and bolts, excavation and concrete shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

S&F in-repair of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Shackle Type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one 31x3mm galvanised mild steel straps, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 75mm height, 90mm dia for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only in-repair of porcelain insulator of any type, any size and of any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 9.0 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate Yellow & Black Strips (5 Nos. Strip of 300 mm wide each) and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with One Coat of Aluminium Paint, including writing of pole numbers with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 630 Amps, 50 Hz, conforming to IS/IEC 60898, with Thermal Magnetic release, overload, short circuit fault protection 3 phase, breaking capacity 50 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, with Spreader terminal of both ends, connecting and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Jumper connection at cut point on LT OH lines with suitable size of ACSR conductor (not less than 6/1 x 2.56 weasel), by binding, wraping, providing alkathine sleaves of required length not exceeding 1.5 m including testing on completion and taking down the existing old damaged one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of bracket suitable for LED Street light fitting/ house service bracket made out of 32mm bore (Dia) light grade GI pipe of 1.2m long, bend to required shape, including necesary clamps (Mild Steel Flat iron of 32x6mm) for fixing of building security/ street light fitting as per existing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F in-repair of 10mm dia rigid PVC line separator/ spacer suitable for 2/3/4 LT line of wires, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of solar tubular battery of 75Ah, extra lead 20% higher backup, thicker tubes, long life, ultra low maintenance suitable for solar lighting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (MAKE- Exide/ Amaron/As existing)

M&L for replacing damaged lugs of LT panel, preparing old rusted surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spray painting including cleaning the surrounding area and testing of earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
