Maintenance of painting & other misc. civil works at MSEDCL's Rest House, Nachane Road, Ratnagiri, Tal. & Dist. Ratnagiri.

1. Valid registration certificate of civil work contractor ship from the concern organization (for partnership). The tendered shall be registered in Central /State Govt. Department such as PWD/MES/Railways/CPWD/MJP, etc.

2. Valid PF registration certificate or upload the undertaking by mentioning the section / clause from valid supporting document (GR, Circular etc.) Also, upload/ enclose the copy of relevant supporting document.

3. Experience: (A) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 05 years (i.e. After Month of August -2021)as a prime contractor and ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited should be either of the following:-

a) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the tender cost i.e. Rs. 393543.00 OR

b) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the tender cost i.e. Rs. 491929.00 OR

c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80%of The tender cost i.e. Rs. 787086.00

(Experience criteria as per guidelines issued by Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), Govt. of India. Definition of Similar Works:- “Similar work” in this tender is defined as“ The bidder should have experience of successful completion of Civil maintenance works.

4. Receipt of EMD Paid.(Upload the transaction receipt in case of online payment)

5. Registration certificate of Goods and Service Tax (GST).

6. Last 03 Years average around Turnover Certificate equivalent to 30% of tender value.

7. Last/recent year Income Tax Returns & C.A. certified copies of profit loss & balance sheet for last 3 financial years.

8. Partnership deed (in case of partnership firm).

9. A valid Solvency certificate from Nationalized/ Scheduled at 20% of the tender cost i.e. issued not earlier than 12 months on date of opening of tender.

10.Duly filled declaration on Rs. 500/- Stamp Paper
