Annual Maintenance charges for 100 lph capacity of Ultra Filtration type Water Purifier. The purifier contains 3 to 5 stages of filtration such as Prefilters, sediment filter,Carbon filters, UF membrane filter and UV Assy, etc. Cleaning, inspection, Scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance shall be carried out strictly as per the schedule and scope of work of all units covered under this contract as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted per No. of equipment per year 2. Work shall be carried out as per detailed scope of work. 3. The cost for filter elements shall be paid separately under relevent items.

The purifier contains 3 to 5 stages of filtration such as Prefilters, sediment filter,Carbon filters, UF/RO membrane filter and UV Assy, etc. Cleaning, inspection, Scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance shall be carried out strictly as per the schedule and scope of work of all units covered under this contract as directed by the Engineer in charge. Supply, installation and testing complete set of 1ltr/min capacity Ultrafiltration and ultra violet type water purifiers in different locations in GSO buildings. The equipment includes all the accessories such as prefilter, fixing frame, carbon filter, sediment filter, UF membrane, Ultraviolet assembly, 7 ltrs capacity transparent and detachable storage tank etc., the equipment shall be maintained by the contractor through out the entire contract period including replace the filters and accessories as and when required.The item also includes, inspection/ maintenance by the contractor in every month as per the schedule provided by the department and carried out the break down maintenance etc., and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of 10 micron Spun Poly Propylene Pre filter element of 10" length with minimum flow rate of 2 lpm filtration for using 60 lph UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and installation of 5 micron Poly Propylene inline sediment filter element of 10" length with minimum flow rate of 2 lpm filtration for using 60 lph UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and installation of Carbon Filter element of 20" length to suit dolphin / wall mounted type for adsorption of residual chlorine, removal of odour, and other contaminants in the filtered water for using 100 lph UF water purifiers.

Supply and installation of Carbon Filter element of 10" length to suit dolphin / wall mounted type for adsorption of residual chlorine, removal of odour, and other contaminants in the filtered water for using 60 lph UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and installation of Solenoid valve 24/36 V DC for using 60/100 lph UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and installation of Polyether Sulphone (PES Polymer) UF membrane filter element made of hollow fibre with multibore type of 10" length membrane, bore size 0.01 to 0.05 micron for using 60/100 lph UF water purifiers.

Supply and installation of 8" length UV lamp assembly which includes 11W UV lamp ,barrel,Quartz sleeve and choke etc., for using 60/100 lph UF water purifiers.

Supply and fixing of 36 V/ 24 V Switched-mode power supply (SMPS) Adopter suitable for using 60/100 lph UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and fixing of 7 ltrs capacity Dolphin or equivalent type equipment cabinet with transparent Storage tank & stand, with out any filter assembly for using 60 lph UF/10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and fixing of float/ limit switch for control the water level in the storage tank of 60/100 lph UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and installation of 24/36 V diaphragm type booster pump with minimum flow rate 1.6 to 1.8 lpm suitable for using 100 lph UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply and installation of TFC 75 GPD membrane for using 10 lph RO water Purifiers.

Supply and installation of 15 mm or equivalent size of plastic (PVC) tap suitable for using 60 lps UF/ 10 lph RO water purifiers storage tank
