Providing and laying of stone soiling dully hand packed including carriage of stone soling with loading unloading and stacking complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shutering. All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 fine sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)(Crushed). Including carriage of all materials involved with loading unloading and stacking complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shutering. All work upto plinth level 1:3:6(1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)(Crushed). Including carriage of all materials involved with loading unloading and stacking complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work upto plinth level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies,shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

RCC work in walls i/c pilasters, butresses plinth and string courses columns pilars etc upto floor v level excld. Cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size.

Reinforcement of RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete.TMT bars of grade FE 500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for foundation, footings, basis of columns etc for mass concrete including all leads, lifts and carriage of material all complete.
