Jointing HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part-2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by Department Officers.

Supply and delivery of Woltman model with removal mechanism water meters, (No domestic use) conforming to ISO 4064 part I, II, III Class B and IS-2373 with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/ NABL accredited lab. The watermeter shall have magnetic drivers or mechanical drivers and shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically, hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointers of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected against flooding ensuring easy reading in all climates. including cost of water meter, dirt box and erection charges

Supply delivery to site, fixing & Commisioning of 150mm dia CI D/F Sluice Valve with Cap or Wheel as per IS 14846/2000 PN 1.0 With ISI Marking and with 5 years warranty specifications including loading and unloading at site, transporting charges taxes and duties etc., as directed by the engineers of the following sizes.

Refilling the trenches with excavated earth (other than sand) in layers and watering, ramming and consolidation as per standard specification etc complete and as directed by Engineer in charge (160mm HDPE PN 6)

Disposal of surplus earth including loading, conveyance within a distance of 5 km and spreading as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Barricading work (Where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by Department official.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard

Testing of pipes for water supply with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (includingcost of water) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including otherincidential and operational charges etc.,complete for the following diametres of pipes.
