Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red. Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Providing and fixing ready made 304 grade stainless steel Modular kitchen basket and accessories such as right angle basket (Plain Cup & Saucer, plant, Partition, Bottle rack, Thali, Cutlery) kitchen utensil basket, Dinner set basket, kitchen grain basket, Multipurpose basket as per site requirement including finishing (wherever required) and fittings. The same shall be fixed with necessary stainless steel nuts & bolts, Stainless Steel screws & telescopic channel etc. as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Providing and Fixing 18 mm thick shutters to existing storage in MR board of make Green/merino/duraply/Century hanged on rail hinges in SS finish (size100x58x1.9 mm) ,edges of shutters to be fixed with required PVC tape on all edges , duly aligned with storage to recieve laminate on both sides of approved shade (all fittings such as handles/locks/tower bolt/1 mm laminate to be paid in another item ) all complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing SS sliding door bolt with necessary screws etc complete or as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 200x16 mm

Deduct for taking away of SCI pipe fitting, centrifugal cast (spun)/sand cast iron pipes and fittings, C.I. flushing cistern, G.I. pipes and fittings, steel doors, window, ventilators, grill, round or square bars etc. and the like item received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of Wooden/ plywood frames and/ or shutters for Doors/windows/ clerestory windows , trusses, battens, particle board, glazed, wired, panelled etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorised representative all complete.
