Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 33 KV VCBs (existing make at site : Crompton Greaves/ Areva) from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts including greasing oiling, replacement of unserviceable trip coil, breaker charging motor, gear pinion, roller switch, big gear etc. and re-assembling the same after replacement as required and made the VCB serviceable including making all electrical connection and testing (IR test, continuity test, tripping test of earth fault and over current of panel primary current injection, secondary corrent injection and all other functional tests of the VCB) including caliberation of relays as per site condition complete all as directed. (Note: All spares parts of VCB panel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items).

(Note: All spares parts of VCB panel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items).

Supply and fix in repairs for 11 KV bus insulator suitable for 11 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for vacuum intrupture suitable for 11 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only tripping coil/ closing coil DC 110 volt/ 24 volt and testing for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified.

Supply only tripping coil/ closing coil 110 volt/ 30 volt suitable for 33 KV VCB complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for breaker charging motor including gear assembly 220 volts/ 110 volt/ 24 volt AC/ DC for 11 KV VCB panel (make: Crompton Greaves/ L&T/ABB/Schnider as approved by GE ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for breaker charging motor including gear assembly 220 volts/ 110 volt/ 24 volt AC/ DC for 33 KV VCB panel (make: Crompton Greaves/ L&T/ABB/Schnider as approved by GE) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for indoor type trolley mounted 11 KV/ 3/ 110/ 3 volt resin cast areva type potential transformer burden 100 VA suitable for operation on 11 KV VCB panel for measuring voltage etc after taking old unserviceable PT complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix for power pack 230 volt/ 110volt/ 24 volt DC including taking out old unserviceable power pack of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation , testing and commissioning for 11 KV, indoor CT 100-50 Amps/ 5A+5A ratio as per make: Crompton Greaves/ L&T/ABB/Schnider as approved by GE including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for digital voltmeter for HT 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for digital ammeter for HT 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in reairs for breaker control cam switch for 11 KV VCB of as per make: Crompton Greaves/ L&T/ABB/Schnider as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for replacement of HT, 3 phase, 11 KV VCB panel spout insulator of as per make: Crompton Greaves/ L&T/ABB/Schnider as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable 3 phase earth fault and over current digital type control relay from HT VCB panel for necessary replacement and caliberation complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 3 phase earth fault and over current digital type control relay, 24-240 volt AC/ DC IDMT type of VCBs including connecting and setting up of parameters/ caliberation/ testing as per the site condition complete all as specified and as directed. Make: ABB model No.REF 615 or equivalent make: Crompton Greaves/ L&T/ABB/Schnider as approved by GE

Supply and fix in repairs for indicating lamp LED type as per sample suitable for existing VCB 11 KV indicating lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for HRC fuse link of capacity 12A, BCNA 3-15/ B1, 11 KV breaker PT high voltage complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repais for relay master trip/ high burden 110 volt/ 24 volt DC suitable for HT VCB, 11 KV of as per make: Crompton Greaves/ L&T/ABB/Schnider as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of surfaces of VCB panel board cubical in shape and applying one coat of SFRC paint of approved colour including supply and fix PVC name plate indicating different cable /switch and other accessories, connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for trip heater suitable for 11 KV VCB panel 80 watt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers of various size suitable for 11 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for sine wave inverter 800 VA alongwith 12 volt 150 AH battery complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Exid/Amco/Amaron as approved by GE

Preparation of steel tubular pole surfaces of 8.5 to 12 metres long (including poles two pole/ four pole structure) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.5 metres height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and yellow strips and remaining portion alongwith MS frames like channel, clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint including numbering of pole by stencil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with and including 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I .
