(ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of minimum one union each on inlet and outlet of water tank as per size of pipe shall be provided.

25 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0,using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in levelling concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

40 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1,using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Vitrified ceramic tiles double charged dark shade 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors/skirting etc. laid and jointed with 4mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade, hardner, resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid mortar over and inculding 15mm thick bedding of layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 600 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed with 4mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade, hardner, resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Grey coloured PCC factory made tiles, ISI marked, 25 mm thick of size 250 mm x 250 mm, machine pressed and cut polished and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & pigments. over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and including WPC as per manufacturers instruction ,bedding joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L out door/parking tiles heavy duty for high traffic non skid, anti scratch, heavy grip, vitreous/semi vitreous coloured, unique designs tiles 8 to 10mm thick area of each tile of size 300mmX300mm, in floors, parking/outdoor tiles etc. fixed with 3 mm spacer & filled with grout breaking strength not less than 1700N as in floorset and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Granite 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on roof surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets,brick or concrete surfaces in two layers mixed with water proofing compound on top layer, trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing comound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling/soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshade finishing the plastered surface even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new external surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube of top and bottom rails.MS frame shall be covered with heat maulded prelaminated PVC "c" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelaminated PVC sheet for top rail ,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Pannelling of prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet bedding and jointed together with solvent cement as per specification and drawings all as specified and as directed.
