Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation laying of cables etc and getting out in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC cable protection cover in replacement, class HV, Type 1, flat, of size 300mm x l80mm x 40mm for HT UG cable and gap between adjacent cover not exceeding 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement GI tubing 80mm light grade galavanised with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/on pole/wall or similar position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement GI tubing 100mm light grade galavanised with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/on pole/wall or similar position, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making bore below the road for crossing the GI pipe medium grade for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,laying,jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, earthed grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core (E) including taking down, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All the cable entries should be through metalic cable glands only.

Dismantling/Disconnecting electric connection of underground HT,XLPE Cable ,11KV upto 185 Sqmm from both sides and locating the fault in HT cable of any size/type with fault locating machine in the entire length and removing the moisture from HT cable charging the HT cable with the help of modern fault detector eqipment by reputed agency and reconnecting and commissioning of cable after testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house liase with Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply installation commissioning and testing of outdoor HT Feeder pillar box 3.15 mmthick CRCA Sheet weather and vermin proof CPRI approved with copper bus bar 800 Amps suitable for HT cable 11KV 43 core of size upto 185 sqmm including provision of cable entrieswith glands locking arrangements and angle iron frame and legsof 90 cm long using 60x60x6 mm size MS angle iron fixed in floor in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 base of appropriate size including neccessary excavation earth work including fencing with lockable gate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of cable route indicator made out of cast iron and embedded HT cable and size of the cable on the plate of size 80 mm dia 5 mm thick and grouting lugg of suitable size including in PCC foundation of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm, 7.5m long means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type c1 with PCC cover and, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete in foundations filling and mass concrete using PCC type C2 1:3:6, 40 mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Tape insulation for HT, high voltage, anti tracking, non-adhesive, highly comfortable, class H, busbar tape 50mm dia and length 9.1 meter, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: In any break down related to item Sl No '' 1 to 24'' the contractor's representative will attened within one hour after informed by Dept and rectified the fault within 24 hours if the fault is major. In case of minor fault the fault rectification will be completed within 04 hours. If the contractor is failed to attened or rectify the fault within the stipulated time then an amount of Rs 1000/- will be recovered per hour.
