Sch 'A' Part - XII : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED batten Tubelight with integral LED driver, plastic batten of 20 watts capacity including necessary electric connections 3 core 1 sqmm insulated copper wire from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix LED batten Tubelight with integral LED driver, plastic batten of 10 watts capacity including necessary electric connections 3 core 1 sqmm insulated copper wire from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and Fix Decorative, wall mounting, Decorative wall light, gold finish fixture with cognac hammered glass diffuser suitable for 9 W LED filament lamp E27 base including suitable lamp complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix 30 Watts LED new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08 complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, AC, single phase, 240 V, 250 mm sweep, PVC body with louvers, including connected with 3 core 1.5 sq mm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mm x 6mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia and GI protection pipe 15mm dia and light grade connected to and including by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers made of copper as shown plate no 3 of SSR part 1 to the extent applicable to this item including necessary excavation earth work , PCC 1;3;6 chamber RCC 1;2;4 cover 50mm tick with 6mm TMT bar 100mm center to center watering pipe medium grade 20mm boe funnel wire mesh etc. and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of Valve chamber having inner dimension 600x600x600 mm suitable for gate valve upto 50mm with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for copping, rendering plaster in CM 1:4, 15mm thick including provision of MS sheet top cover 3mm thick with brazing of MS flat of Size 25mm x 4mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 40 x 40 x 5mm painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Material and labour for road cutting /Hard standing for taking up or laying of LT UG Cable upto a depth of 15cm, after laying of cable well ramming to the excavated soil including repair the excavated portion of the road as existing or by providing suitable mixture of PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity, out door cubical type floor mounted,CPRI approved, factory made,totally enclosed, double door at front & rear side inclusive of necessary locking arrangement, dust and vermin proof, IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.00 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 40X40X5mm with cable chamber for incoming and outgoing connections with suitable glands and lugs comprising for the following accessories including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.35m height positioned and grouted with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal and connecting all incoming and out going cables all as specified and directed :-

WATER COOLER Supply and fix Electronic voltage stabilizer, automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled indoor wall mounting type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

DESERT COOLER Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), 230 volts 50Hz having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum per hour Plastic/PVC Body 55 ltrs water capacity with honey comb cooling pads with water level indicator, speed control, ON/OFF switch all as specified and directed. DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING (E/M) Taking down unserviceable Main Switch, Distribution Boards, Plug & socket DBs along with MCBs of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old, vintage and unserviceable Earthing with connected accessories including earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old, vintage and unserviceable aluminium / copper submain wiring of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up carefully LT UG cable of size 25 Sq mm 4 core from the trench/ laid on surface by removing the terminals from connected switchgears for re-laying the same including necessay earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up carefully 50mm dia cast GI tubing pipes (including all fittings) from trench /laid on surface for relaying the same including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Old, rusted gate valve/Float valve of size 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.
