REPAIR AND MAINT OF ROOF TREATMENT, CHAJJAS, RAINWATER PIPE, PLASTERING WORK OF OFFRS, JCOS AND OR ACCN OF ESTATE AREA AT MIL STN CHHEOKI

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus excavated/demolised materilas to a distance Not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof curbing, padding over roof slab complete all as specified and directed. Note - Average thickness shall not exceed 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface when concrete is green on roof surface in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for normal water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operations:- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wir brush & dusting, Apply a layer of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 Lit/m2 on the surface. Laying 3mm thick APP membrane habing non-woven polyester matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm ie overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealling all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shal be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor (Note- The membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcius, Flow resistance>120 degree celcius, dimensional stability, < 0.5% when tested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers' (ii) Again applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane. (iii) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm over the membrane indicated above.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for white porcelain cool roof tiles 300mm x 300mm x 15mm thick with a matte finish on roof including 20-30mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:4, insert 3-4 mm tile spacers between each tile and fill with water proof grout or white cement complete all as secified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain waste pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC, CI) of internal dia 75/110 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, Single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
