Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articlesl etc complete.

M & L for brick work with sub class B brick old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 M radius built in cement mortar (1:4) but EXCEPT BRICKS etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L renderig/screeding 15mm thick cment mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L renderig 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cment complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) including all mouldings set in CM 1:4 complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagates) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels bends etc over 1.5m span complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and above cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking benchings spirally hooping for colums hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking benchings spirally hooping for colums hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

Materials and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F 500 Ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fitting and including dismantling of tank complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

S& F 1000 Ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fitting and including dismantling of tank complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

S& F in repair 20mm bore dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in newly taken tank (minimum weight 20mm - 210 gms) complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

S& F in repair 25mm bore dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in newly taken tank (minimum weight 25mm - 250 gms) complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm Gun metal globe or gate vlve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&Fstainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia grading H-304, with fancy round knob both ends and brackets complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel work as in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable meterial to store complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for colour printed glazed ceramic tiles (Premium quality) (300X200mm) X 6mm thick as in wall, dado/skirtings set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1 : 4) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square or rectangular ) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 600x600x9-10mm thick, light coloured as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed layer in CM 1:6 laid over and including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate sub floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles size 600x600x9-10mm thick, in skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab in floor 20-25 mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 as base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and nosing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab in skirting/vertical surfaces 20 to 25 mm thick laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and nosing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pump, insulation etc,) or insulation boards of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium anodised snap grid frame work with the following details:- (a) Main Tee section 36.5x25x1.4mm size (wt not less than 0.24Kg/RM) (b) Section alongwith wall angle of size 40x25x2mm size (wt not less than 0.36Kg/RM) (c) Cross Tee section 23.5x26.4x1.4mm size (wt not less than 0.191Kg/RM) (d) Snap grid shall be fixed to G.I Flat 40 x 3mm supporting hangers consisting of 4mm dia G.I rod n.exc 1.20m length with J bolts nuts and washer etc as per manufacture instructions & complete all as directed.
