Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 mtr. With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition below G.L upto 1.50 metres depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead and including cutting the neceesary Reinforcement and separating from R.C.C./R.B. work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Column, pillar & post upto floor two level with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer - in charge.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing of mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work I/C bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Edge of slab and breaks in floors and wall under20cm wide within all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :- Cement Mortar 1:4 (1:cement: 4 Sand) 2nd class bricks with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts,nuts and wooded plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6(1: cement:3,sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm N/S)

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair sides of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even smooth in cm 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm thick cement plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Sand) with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of wire mesh on RCC/Stone masonry wall with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of Duro Stone vetrified tiles (300x300mmx8mm) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Providing and laying granite stone in wash basin flooring 20mm thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 sand) laid over & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigmants to match the shade of granite stone i.e. rubbing and polishing complete with in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty & nails including removal of brocken glass panes wherever necessary (Plain glass 8mm thick) with in all leads and lifts.
