Taking down carefully existing unserviceable/perished conduit/ batten/ casing caping aluminium/copper point wiring any type for light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc complete including all fixtures and fittings such as batten/ conduit/casing caping, switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendent holder, lamp holders, bracket holders, light fittings, top sheet covers, fan regulators etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed single core, multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade Conforming to IS 694 including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including 20mm dia PVC conduit with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS, terminated & including second class hard wood board closed recessed, fixed on wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover including cutting chases in walls by cutter and making good the surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 6.00 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 including and 6.00 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour drawn through in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC/steel rigid conduit including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified. Note : Two run of 6.00 sqmm cable and one run of 6.00 sqmm cable as earth wire continuity conductor shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including in spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified

Supplying, laying jointing, commissioning & testing DI pipes with rubber gasket Tyton Joints of spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast (spun) class "K-7" conforming to IS-8329 -2000 in any length of size 200mm bore laid in trenches ncluding taking up or down old unserviceable CI/DI water tubing and connections of 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying jointing, commissioning & testing DI pipes with rubber gasket Tyton Joints of spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast (spun) class "K-7" conforming to IS-8329 -2000 in any length of size 150mm bore laid in trenches ncluding taking up or down old unserviceable CI/DI water tubing and connections of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing CI/DI fitting upto 200mm bore pipe line for reducing/bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type, staright, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket extra Tee pieces single branch Ý'Junction, double branch, cross collars caps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Making connection by cutting existing CI/DI main 300 mm dia bore under ground pipe including inserting tee 300mm x 300mm x 200 mm bore and CI collar including necessary earth work jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed. Note - CI/DI pipe fittings shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and Fixing CI Sluice valve flanged of class PN-1.6, 200mm dia ISI marked conforming to IS-14846-2000 complete with stainless steel spindle flanged both ends drilled CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle suitable for CI/DI pipe line including rubber of gasket, nuts, bolts & washer including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified. (Note : Joints shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and Fixing cast iron Air valve with single air outlet, 80mm dia ISI marked conforming to IS-14845-2000 heavy duty, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Constraction of brick masonary valves pit of size 1500mmx1500mmx150cm (internal dimention of chamber) made with sub class 'B' old size bricks, compressive strength not less than 75 Kg/sqcm bulit in cement mortar 1.6 for sluice valve chamber including necessary excavation, foundation concrete in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and 15mm thick inside cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 with floating coat of near cement, PCC coping type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS frame with angle iron 40x40x6 mm and cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick including tarring and painting (where required ) the steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime complete as specified and locking arrangement directed by engineer-in-Charge.
