Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders (SS20B)

Filling in foundation and basement with M. Sand of approved quality in layers of not exceeding 15cm in depth, including watering and thorough consolidation

Cement concrete (1:4:8) (1 part of cement: 4 parts of coarse M. Sand: 8 parts of stone jelly) using 25mm and down gauge graded hard blue granite stone jelly, including laying, ramming, etc., in leveling course under foundation and floors

Brick work in cm (1:3) using best quality of country bricks of size 8.75"x4.25"x2.75" including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification for foundation

Prepare surfaces and plastering in cm (1:3) 12mm thick to ceilings of slabs, sides and soffits of beams, columns, RC walls, Sunshade etc., excluding RCC surfaces contiguous to masonry in all floors

Granolithic flooring CC (1:1:3) 25mm thick for flooring composed of one part of cement, one part of sand and three parts of screened and washed graded hard granite chips all to pass through 6mm mesh and free from dust, smooth finishing, grooving, etc., complete complying with standard specifications in all floors

Supplying and fixing Finolex make or equivalent UPVC pipe(Schedule 40) including cost of UPVC specials such as elbow, tee, reducer, coupling, union, H nipples etc., including cutting, threading, chasing in walls and concealing the pipes in wall wherever laid inside the toilet complete with making holes in walls, floors, slabs etc., earthwork excavations, back filling to consolidation, redoing the disturbed portions, testing and commissioning complete as directed
